The lot of em, and I'm sick of the stick Danny Batth gets, he's not the quickest but man of the match performance.

Let’s not go over the top. It was an excellent backs to the wall three points against the leaders.
Heroes is pushing it a bit.

Great away performance though against a solid outfit.

That’s my favourite win in about 4 years. Old school stoke against the baggies, bodies on the line defending working their bollocks off. And against 12 men cus that ref was giving them everything that pereira is one cheating little twat, and sawyers you’d just snap the arrogant cock in half. Get in

Great win but threads like these are embarrassing, we shouldn’t be in this position in the first place. But we are and under Nathan Jones it would be much worse. MoN is turning it around in some style. Pragmatism and endeavour. And nous. And it's clear that the players are playing with much more togetherness.

Stoke’s heroics at The Hawthorns obviously influenced my dreams last night and the Irish input in the victory
First dream Karen Bradley is in bed with Cathy and I . There is no hanky panky and she claims she got lost getting back from a party . She is wearing a light blue suit. Cathy is annoyed and the unwarranted intrusion into our sleeping arrangements by the former Secretary of State for Northern Ireland
Second dream the U3A creative writing class that I am a member of suddenly breaks out into rebel Irish songs and there is a particularly lusty version of “ Boys behind the wire” belted out in which Enid the 90 something year old plays a principle part . I think during the dream that the Leek Post and Times would not like this and that there would be repercussions
My interpretation is that the unlikely victory against the top club in the Championship I am recognising the role played by Northern Ireland with the manager and star player Derry boy McClean from the province . Ultimate proof would have course the hapless Karen Bradley playing the Lambeg drum in bed with Cathy and I

That 1-0 away victory for me is up there with Rourkes drift.
At the very least peter coates such have medals struck and presented at the next home game by former legends of the club.
Its perhaps the greatest thing I have ever witnessed, their selfless determination and never say die spirit will inspire this city for centuries to come.

We're 21st …..WOOOOOW ! 21st is better than 24th and, compared to six weeks ago, things are definitely looking up. Not where any of us wanted/expected to be when we came down but, given the turmoil of the past couple of years, reason to be cheerful. At least for a few days😁

If they had put in that effort over the past 2 seasons, we wouldn't be where we are now. Heroes! They were just doing a job they are well paid to do. Monday night was one of the rare occasions they earned that money.

The lot of em, and I'm sick of the stick Danny Batth gets, he's not the quickest but man of the match performance. He's been awful this season. On the ball he's always been limited wank but he's also been bad defensively. Slow, can't turn, often loses his man. Great game yesterday. Probably the best he's played for us. But he's rightfully been given stick.
