Does anyone know what time the stadium will be open tomorrow so fans can go and see our new stellar signing being unveiled 😁 What, like imbula, wimmer, berahino, give me a young ,hungry ,unproven player from the lower leagues ,anytime after watching the pile of shit we have paid big money for,in our recent history.i trust MON in his judgement to develop players he believes in.and if we consistently perform anything like his northern Ireland side, that will do for me.

Can’t see the fee being much. Certainly less than £1m you'd think? But the Sun were mentioning 750k a few weeks ago - and they did have an option to extend his deal by a year. So it may be 500k+? ?

We used to offer long contracts to protect value on (supposedly)good players, now we offer short ones so we can get rid quicker if they turn out crap. The new normal.

If there is one thing this past few years has taught me, transfer fees and reputation count for very little.
I'd much rather an up-and-coming, hungry, young player, with a point to prove, than an overpaid, prima donna who thinks hes better than he is.
He sounds like hes good technically, with an eye for a pass. We probably can't expect too much too soon from him, but the manager will know him inside out, and clearly believes he can fit into the way he wants to play.
I'm happy with this one.
He might be unknown with little reputation. But look how Jese worked out. And Choupo. And Tom bastard Ince.
I trust MON on this one.
