Strange to see Everton in the bottom 3.
I guess this one depends how old you are but for me there is only Arsenal, Everton and Liverpool who I have only ever known in the top flight.
Everyone else, be it Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea or Manchester City have had a dalliance with the lower echelons of the English game in my time.
Ridiculous fancy dans like Chelsea and Man City may come and go but I always thought the great citadels of Everton, Aresnal and Liverpool were there forever!

Liverpool were last promoted to top div year before us in 61-62 season and been there ever since.

Amazing how long they clung in there, during the 90s it seemed inevitable they'd be dragged down eventually, had a few last day escapes. Moyes did a phenomenal job to reinvent them.

Hans Segers likes this from his Caribbean Island! I bet he does. Was itWimbledon 2 up and shipped 3 for a miraculous Everton escape. Amazing! Not saying it was bent... For one of Graeme Stuart's goals the crowd groaned, it was that weak a shot. Somehow Segers managed not to save it.

Remember them getting relegated in mid 70s. Think they were only down one season and that heralded the start of the Hoddle era.
