I did think we might look at him after his performance for Wigan when they destroyed us 3-0 post lockdown. I get the feeling we signed Jacob Brown as plan B when Lowe went to Swansea.

That worked out so well 😅 Why is our plan B always shit? Without thinking to much about this particular instance if speculation, we go from awesome potential to potentially shit 😭

I think he's remarkably calm there, I would be getting a touchline ban after giving my thoughts about the inept decision straight after the game.

So the ref admits he didn't give an earlier foul and then admits he gave the penalty in the last minute of an even game, even though he couldn't be absolutely sure? Fucking hell. Are referees ever held accountable?

Could be a blow if he's out, he'd be preferable to Chester due to his height it's pretty much Wycombe's only threat.....

Sounds like he will be unavailabale for a while.
Not worth risking returning too early having had such a nasty injury
Pity as I think we are better with him when we are more likely to be defending high balls into the box
Get well soon

Lowe has progressed, Brown has regressed. spoken to two Barnsley fans this week both surprised to hear that he's not impressed at Stoke both said same thing, cant finish but fantastic wide, gets lots of good crosses in we haven't really seen that & maybe that was more in League 1 but he played well for them last year in the Championship too they both said Lyndsay was excellent in League 1 but not surprised re his propensity for dropping clangers

Browns touch repeatedly lets him down. Physicality wise he’s fine, never stops and doesn’t ever seem to get injured. He’s worth persevering with.

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/stoke-city-contract-cousins-mikel-5078385"Again we will have a situation in the summer when we have 12 players returning to the club who are under contract. While we possibly see that there future lies elsewhere, they may not. Until that situation is resolved we have to be that little bit more careful in how we build a squad.
“We have restrictions financially because of that as well.”
“Yes, you have your parachute payments for three years in the Championship so that changes the financial model of the club to some extent.
“We may have great owners who want to back the club as much as possible but we have to operate within the rules of the EFL as well.

We might have to integrate some of the loan players back into the squad. Unless we get offers to buy, is it possible that the like of Afobe, Ince, and Gregory might be more involved than we perhaps thought they would be next season?
