In fairness, both claims against her seem laughable, especially the lad who's moaning about her pulling his trousers down.
Wow.

I know that the lady who wrote that is trying to be fair and balanced in her objection to sexual misconduct, which is I suppose commendable; and the story about the lad having his pants pulled down does seem a bit messed up. There's definitely a power dynamic there that has to be confronted, because maybe the lad didn't stop Perry because he was intimidated and didn't want to cause a scene. At the same time maybe Perry is just acting in a way that she would do if she had no power, and isn't aware enough to understand how that dynamic skews the situation.
But, generally speaking, if you take the power dynamic away then the cold reality is that sexual misconduct perpetrated by women against men just isn't the same as vice versa. If I'm walking alone late at night and a random pissed up woman comes up and sexually harrasses me (this has never happened but I live in hope) then, at worst, it's a mild annoyance, like a persistent wasp. If the same thing happens to a woman it's a highly dangerous and traumatic experience. When you add in a power dynamic that's where things get complicated.

I think the point is if this was Justin Timberlake doing exactly the same thing to a female model he would be finished in today's climate. There are double standards at play here.
On a similar note one of the guys mentioned one of the local clubs this morning, Potters Trotters which is a female only running club suggesting that an all male club would elicit criticism.

As it says: too much power is never a good thing, and always hard to handle.
