 nice work, you're going to be in for a lot of notifications with that comment. Only with people who can't read and understand what i'm saying mate. I'm not saying I don't rate him. I'm just saying I thought he was a bit immobile and bulky and that i'm intrigued as to how he will fit into a role where he'll mostly be isolated against nippy number 10's, considering Jordan Cousins is the opposite. At the game at our place he was the DM in a system with two other midfielders around him (Vaulks and one other who I forget). If people don't understand by now that I back the manager then I give up... He's really quick isn't he? Unless you mean like slow on the ball and clumsy, which he may well be I haven't a fucking clue. |

Moved forward and excelled there this season according to what I've read, still got some adapting to do playing further forward imho after watching them at our place (don't shout at me oatcake). He just looked a little bit shaky in a positional sense but that'll come with experience. He still looked one of the best on the pitch, cracking signing if we pull it off. |

This signals a departure given we’ve already signed Cousins. I fancy Woods is on his merry way to Swansea. Woods going and Ajayi coming in would be cracking business. Agree, a nothing footballer leaving and a much needed destroyer coming in, much more in line with what we need, and he’ll be on less money so the money men will be happy. Win-win. |

At only 2-3 million why have we not made this more of a priority signing much sooner? We didn't need the Lindsey signing. Ajayi can cover holding midfield and centre back

Spoke to a mate earlier who’s a big Rotherham fan and regular at their games. This is what he told me.
Massively improved since being with us pal. I prefer him as a holding midfielder but he’s a good centre half too. Main bonus is you acquire one of football’s greatest chants ‘we’ve got a Semi on, we’ve got a Semi on...’ 👍

I guess by the club chatting to the agent with perhaps no intention really of buying? A bit like when agents feed stories to the media? The agent of the player we actually want will still be chatting to all and sundry though? That maybe the case but I would think the player as the days tick down will be telling his agent his preference to join wouldn’t you think? |

Especially with the CB pool we have/had. I'm not sure why you'd want to disrupt two positions when only one player is injured. I wouldn't be surprised if more than on CB leaves, not that I know anything but it would make sense. |
