With Etebo and Allen around him, I think he could be every bit the player Mufc signed

I think Jordan Cousins is going to be the one. Chatting to a mate who is a QPR season ticket holder. He really rates Cousins, very energetic and controls the game

Powell is the gem in a shower of averageness that are our new signings.
Just got to hope he stays fit and his head is screwed on.

Powell has all the talent to get double figures in both goals and assists next season. It's all about staying fit, fingers crossed.

I actually think we've made some good signings there Cousins, Powell, Lindsay, Davies and Smith will all be good I think. Just because they didn't cost millions like Imbula doesn't mean they are average. Personally I've been impressed and looking forward to the season

As an attacking three, Powell, Afobe and Vokes all fit and on form should boss this division.

Lindsay I actually hope plays if Collins doesn’t but he wasn’t needed because of Collins. A waste of a great talent for what? The rest are just meh. Ok. Won’t be horrendous. Don’t solve any key issues we have.

I don't know much about Lindsay to be honest nor Davies but we need cover in these areas as I think Butland and Indi will leave the club. Time will tell Bayern

Powell.. yep.. got the potential to be a top diamond.😉 He's a very clever player but needs clever players with pace around him. Vokes and Afobe don't fit the bill in my opinion. At the moment the signings have been very underwhelming and very worrying. We're shopping at Morrisons and it's not looking good. Long way to go yet I admit.... so lets hope there is a Gayle type signing in the pipeline.

I’ll be very disappointed and think it’s a mistake if Collins doesn’t feature in a fair few games this season. Smith I think will be a good signing, Jimmy at LB I just don’t get at all.

Living In Shepherds Bush, I have to say your mate is a rarity, everyone I've spoken to has the same delight on their faces we had when we sold Keith Scott.
However I'm prepared to give Jones and Hart's judgement a chance, seeing as they have worked with him day in, day out.
After all it was difficult to find anyone from Norwich who had a good word to say about Mike Sheron once upon a time.

I agree with you Bayern, most of the signings have only played in the bottom half championship or third tier with Wigan QPR Barnsley and Millwall. There is a reason why they have been at that level. The hope of course is that they improve by having a better quality of team mate around them. Smith is of higher quality whereas Ward really is just an ageing prem player thankful for a final payday. The players coming in so far have added to the breadth of the squad but probably only Powell will have an impact. Still time of course to bring in 2 quality players that will make a difference

Don’t think Vokes’ lack of pace is an issue as long as there’s enough movement around him from the others. In terms of goals, Afobe and Vokes have both hit 20 in this league before. If we get the right supply around them I don’t see why they can’t do that again.

I think Jones has done well so far in the window but time will tell
