Absolutely fantastic appointment on paper.
Certainly times of change in the Championship...doubt many would have said we'd see the likes of Bielsa and types like Cocu manage at this level when we got promoted with Pulis, Mowbray and Phil Brown. It's very good for the league as a whole really.

Great appointment for Derby. A manager with 10 sound years experience at a decent level. His record at PSV...he has a 65% win ratio there and that's over 5 years quite sensational !! I am not surprised Derby fans are creaming themselves. It's the sort of bold adventurous management appointment I wished we would have made. Sadly he's foreign so he would never have been on our radar  |

When he was at PSV he went with 2 out and out wingers in Bergwijn and Lozano, who Just flung cross after cross in to the box for Luke de Jong It served them Well to be fair Their holding midfielder Hendrickx is a proper Class act - why anyone hasnt Come in for him is beyond me About Cocu himself..... think Hughesy - very laid back and not much expression |

Don’t think we can knock anybody's management appointments. We have Jones with only 3 wins in 19/ 20games or whatever it is? I’m more worried about us. Plenty of talking a good game, yet to see any.
