Clubs like stoke city cant continually spunk money up the wall without the pigeons coming home to roost at some point.
Tony pulis spanked about 50m up the wall after the cup final and mark Hughes had to shop in the bargain basement for a while whilst we recovered.
When we did, he then spanked God knows how many millions up the wall and we haemorraged some more when rowett spunked another 50m on absolute dross.
At some point, that spending is going to bite us on the arse and we'll have to reign it in and recover. That time is now.
Let's just hope that nathan Jones is more lou macari than Alan ball.
