Just watching MOTD. He's all over the place.

Should have been sent off the rugby tackle on the striker.

He’s utter gash.
He doesn’t even dive like a proper keeper.
The save for that first Perez goal was simply pathetic.....

For me his main fault is a lack of awareness. This shows itself in him not adjusting quickly to what's happening in front of him and a tendency to parry the ball into dangerous areas too often for a top keeper. Good shot stopper though and generally doesn't flap.
I wonder if he'll work on his faults. It seems you need a lot of self-confidence in the position - and that doesn't lend itself to taking criticism and accepting your deficiencies.

Should have been sent off the rugby tackle on the striker. Should have been a red. One of the guys on the tv over here commented on the fact that he is a defences worst nightmare, makes easy saves difficult for the camera. I thought it was a good statement. Defenders need confidence that the man behind them mops up without drama. Sir banks did it, neither Pickford or jack are doing that.

I've always thought Heaton was the best keeper when fit. Be interesting to see if Southgate has the bollocks to drop Pickford before he costs us in the summer.

It was only a matter of time before his luck ran out and people started to see him for what he is.

A liability with so many faults. Media love him for some reason but he is a crap keeper no doubt about it.

Watch him in the tunnel before a game. He's modelled himself on Joe Hart. Over exaggerated chewing of chewing gum, shouting, pumping his chest. The blokes a fool.
Still looks like a ball boy in goal

Needs the Head and Shoulders contract. Them Hart adverts bring back a really sad memory for me. I'm not in therapy or owt like, just a real eye opener contrast moment.

Call yourself a Stokie? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are self-medicating with industrial quantities of alcohol and exotic cigarettes.

if that had been butland people would be saying he sould never pull a stoke shirt again pickford is fucking shit. As some have said heaton is the best england keeper, with a confident butland a close second. Before any one jumps on me pickfords a poor keeper with confidence

Since the passing of Gordon does anyone else see an improvement in Jack? He looks more confident, his positioning is better, he's catching balls, coming for crosses?

Lots of people saying he should have been sent off for the foul on Rondon yesterday. Did they not try to remove the “double jeopardy” of a penalty and red card both being awarded a year or two back? Or was this such a blatant deliberate foul that it deserves both?

Jack still has the potential to be number 1 it's up to him. He's got it all but needs to show it, he's a monster and it's time to dominate his box.

Goes inline with an article I read about Buffon this week he said no matter what a goalkeeper has to be a goalkeeper first if he’s good with his feet and distribution as well it’s a bonus, the priority has to be commanding his area and dominating the ball

Unbelievable, it’s not even filled a page about another goalkeeper before we are talking about Butlands issues.

He had a very good world cup though, he's only in his early to mid twenties He did alright, won us a shootout (which will probably be remembered for the next 30 years as it's the only thing we'll win in that time). He is no world beater, but the same can be said for most of the England team. I'll be very surprised if he ever gets a move to a top 4 team and plays in the Champions League, it'll be on the account of his nationality and not his ability if he does.

Unbelievable, it’s not even filled a page about another goalkeeper before we are talking about Butlands issues. Not really, it's a Stoke forum and we're discussing Butland's main rival for the England no.1 spot. It would be unbelievable if he hadn't been mentioned.
