I'm on about stoke players We loaned out Ben Foster- played for Man U and England. Couldn't get in the team at the time but didn't make him no good. Begovic was at Macc/Yeovil before being excellent for us, we loaned Butland out 4 times. Need we go on? That's just goalkeepers yes I forgot about Butland on loan

Stoke players who go out on loan are no good. Gottit?

Very slow maybe thats his level ,who knows. Aren't they allowed to run fast in the lower leagues? Is he playing for Fleetwoods walking football team?

Yet more bizarre comments on this thread...you whinge about Stoke players not showing any effort and thinking they are better than this league and show a lack of effort generally then this young lad has gone and grasped his chance with both hands, in tough division, completely thrown in at the deep and even (I think) even had his face smashed up in the process...
Some right miserable gits on here...well done to the lad! Someone we should all be proud of.

He’s playing great for Fleetwood Town, now read that again. That’s his level. I’ve only seen “glimpses” of him so I wouldn’t even consider making a comment on his ability to become a successful footballer at whatever level. I will however make the following comments; 1. Fleetwood is a step up from the U23 level and if he is turning in good performances whilst gaining invaluable 1st team experience that can only benefit himself and SCFC. 2. It may be that Fleetwood become an “experience stepping stone” in his career, only time will tell. 3. You’re entitled to your own opinion, even if it is a tad premature on such a young players career. 4. Souttar and other young players need opinions like yours like a hole in the head.

I think if you choose to express an opinion, then a little knowledge on the subject matter would be advisable. Some posters on here regularly show they have none.

Naturally a header from a corner, no surprise when he can rest his chin on the crossbar.

See Campbell not appearing for Shrewsbury recently. Presumably his level is below Souttar's then??

We might only need a 20+ goalscorer and a left back for next season as our youngsters seem to be our future for a change! Afobe and Diouf out and Adams (or someone like him) in with Campbell as back up. Out: Williams Fletcher McClean Afobe Diouf Imbula Wimmer Berahino Bauer Haugaard Badou? I would really like to see him stay if he gets stuck in. I guess Butland will go too for around £20M + add-ons, then we'll need another keeper of course. I'd keep Adam, but he must accept totally different conditions and only a year's extension.

He seems a very level-headed confident young lad. All I recall from seeing him on video playing for the youngsters was that his distribution is good and he can hit a great long ball accurately.

Souttar may get a run on Friday when Australia play South Korea in a friendly. It will be an interesting test for him, so see how he copes with movement from opposing forwards.

He'll swat the little mites! Real tidy side Korea. Teams like S Korea and Japan have caught Australia up big time in recent years and Saudi, Iran etc make qualification far from a formality next time for the WC. Not a great Australian team at the minute

Not a great Australian team at the minute This particular Australian team is also experimental to see how fringe players can cope. Souttar will most likely be very busy if he gets on. From what I’ve seen of him, he is a little slow on the turn. This game has the potential to be very testing for him, and having said that, hopefully it will be a great learning experience. I’m looking forward to see how he goes.

Not a great Australian team at the minute No it's a poor Australia team. Not sure how it can improve at the moment. The format of the aleague doesn't breed winners on the international stage either.
