I heard the interviews with Sam Vokes and Nathan Jones earlier and it seems they were pleased with the match vs West Bromwich. Sam Vokes even said Stoke dominated. How come?
I actually had the pleasure of following the game on tv for once, and how anyone can say it was 50-50 first half and Stoke the better side in the second is very biased. Too me West Bromwich deserved the win. Stoke is very good at playing the ball around in the middle and in defence. But no end product at all. Was there even one real chance? You don't dominate a game just by holding the ball.

It reminded me of Hughes and Pulis. We weren't bad, even when we were. We should have taken one of our (many) chances, even when we hadn't any.
First half Stoke 25-West Brom 75. Second half Stoke 55-West Brom 45. Total: 80-120. Period.

The ball is finding its way forward though...with Rowett we were only good at playing the ball around the defence now we're getting better at the middle. Next the final third. Baby steps but steps not the less! Onwards and upwards!

We were fairly average for most of the game, not our usual garbage, but we never looked like winning.

I'd imagine that collectively, our team needs careful handling because it appears to have issues.
