I don't personally want Trump to win, but the way you write that makes me pretty uncomfortable. Donald Trump was democratically elected once. He is a legitimate political choice, whether you agree with his bullshit rhetoric or not. There is nothing inherently wrong with being a Trump supporter. It doesn't make you a racist, or a stupid prick or anything else the McGuardian would have you believe. I find it astounding that it's basically become acceptable to intimidate Donald Trump supporters for 'wrong-think'. What the fuck? Seriously. He may be an obnoxious and unlikable fuckstick but I'm amazed at the kind of shit that seems to fly for welcome behaviour. That shit is slowly making it's way over to this country. Do we actually want that? Again, Labour voter for life but the fact it's basically become OK to rough up Tories for voting for the wrong party is fucking unacceptable. This shit is already in this country. Populism. Farage and Johnson are the cause. We need to start having an electoral system where you vote for policies. Personality should be completely irrelevant. Boris and Farage are not the cause of populism. The rise of globalism is the cause

Strikes me there are a fair few right-wingers on here who are quite keen for Trump to win, but just can't quite bring themselves to say it openly! I don't personally want Trump to win, but the way you write that makes me pretty uncomfortable. Donald Trump was democratically elected once. He is a legitimate political choice, whether you agree with his bullshit rhetoric or not. There is nothing inherently wrong with being a Trump supporter. Do we actually want that? Again, Labour voter for life but the fact it's basically become OK to rough up Tories for voting for the wrong party is fucking unacceptable. I don't think it's anything that new unfortunately. It might be more apparent now, especially since the world appears more polarised than ever. Someone else on here mentioned that Biden/Trump flags were equally abundant this time around (in fact my observation in Key Largo was that Trump flags were more popular, so it doesn't seem to be inhibiting anyone there) whereas any Clinton banners got vandalised four years ago. So, I don't think it's a new phenomenon, nor necessarily directed only in one way. If I was a Trump supporter I think the sheer weight of nonsense that he has come out with over the last few years would make me feel it wasn't easy to put a rational case together for voting for him, which is probably a large part of the problem. That kind of nonsense makes it easy to parody anyone who supports him as being equally daft, but I agree he was democratically elected according to their system and might win again. Go figure!

Fair point all round there ....but what I dont understand is this: Here are just a few important talking points that th electorate should be considering when casting their vote; Education Health Industry Environment Jobs Theres 5 just off the top off my head......theres many more clearly. Now Ive look all over the net for some sort of manifesto or mandate that both parties are promoting - I cant find any !!!!! Not one...... The American public are gullible beyond belief its not even funny anymore. If anyone can find some sort of manifesto then post it on here.........Id love to read through it I might event emigrate and run for President......

True, but, living in a glass house ourselves, we shouldn't be too quick to throw stones! Look who we've got as PM, how this government is performing and look who the choice was between last time around! Neither options were as bad as what's in the White House and might be for another four years, admittedly, but this is where populism gets you.

Neither options were as bad as what's in the White House and might be for another four years, admittedly, but this is where populism gets you. Exactly! While the UK has all it's eyes on Brexit and COVID, all the other important issues are remaining sidelined or getting swept under the carpet. National security, Radicalisation, Sustainability and the environment, Poverty and families unable to feed their kids, the continuing pressure on the NHS, redundancies and the downfall of UK businesses, etc. The current crop of politicians are an absolute joke. All talk and zero action. I don't get how so many people put up with (or even support) their shit. It can't always be the fault of the opposition. At some point we need to stop this soap opera bollocks and those at the top have to take some responsibility and accountability.

Is dementia classed as a speech impediment? Don't think so, but having a lifelong stutter is. Sounded like a man with a stutter trying and struggling to say better health care to me, but there you go. Imagine what Trump and his supporters might have made of FDR, a guy in a wheelchair...

Where's your money then guys, sleepy Joe or The Don? I'll go for Sleepy Joe...and then the first female, black president in US history. What could possibly go wrong I hadn’t realised it could finish 269-269 which would be a great finale to 2020 in terms of bat shit mentalness with the encore of December/January still to follow. More likely I reckon is potentially Trump wins on the night but after the sheer volume of postal votes have been counted Biden wins. It then goes all the way to the Supreme Court where Trump has just rushed through the new judge against usual protocol around such appointments made in an election campaign / year who has tipped the balance 6 vs 3 in Republican favour. During this time conceivable Biden’s marbles go completely and potentially a black female president gets added in to the mix. Add into that we could be negotiating trade deals with a country who haven’t a Scooby who their president is going to be after an election and before our own looming deadline.

They are both going claim victory whatever. Biden likely because he does but his votes are badly distributed or late counted. And Trump because there is literally nothing that could happen to make him believe he has lost fairly. It's surely going to be a shit show. And pretty entertaining from the cheap seats.

Trump is an idiot. I He is anti WEF globalists. For that reason alone I hope he wins Regardless of views on Trump, a Biden victory makes the path clear for China to become the dominant power in the world. China has been the project for the Globalists for decades, and even more so since Clinton got them into the WTO. The links between the CCP and the Democrats, but not exclusively to them. Years ago the plug could have been pulled on them and manufacturing more equally spread across other Asian nations, ones with democracy. But the Globalist plan was to build up China as the model for the world. A more draconian version where the screw can be tightened at any point. It's no coincidence that the virus story came from China, and we can see the world becoming more like China. They are, alongside the Globalists, the NWO. And even the official information from the Great Reset talks of the US being replaced as the superpower. I'm not sure how much Trump deliberately resists this but there is evidence of his pushback against this agenda.
