Now then, one thinks that these haulage chaps are going about it all wrong. Its no good to man nor beast having a peaceful protest! Who will be taking any notice of it? what they should do is say no to doing deliveries to places inside of the M25. May be that Scottish fool will do something if London was starved of items which the lorries deliver.
And if its not enough paying 1 pound 30 for fuel the twat is going to to put road tax up " To help you make the right decision"
What about the yanks, chinks and Fuzzy wuzzies making the right decision for a change! Why as it always got to be the British public who have sacrifice there money to " Keep the planet safe".

The whole country should just boycott the purchase of fuel.
Why the government don't tax stuff like MacDonalds more heavily i don't know.
Beer & Cigarettes are taxed to high heaven because they are bad for you - yet fatty food isn't - anyone care to explain?

On another subject some bint on the tele said the average food bill for a family of 4 is now over £700 per annum.
I wish mine was only fucking £700 - to feed the 4 of us costs well over £100 a month.
The price of food is shocking.

I think a well organised protest where employers know whats going to happen would have an impact. In my case i travel about 30 miles to work and back every day but the majority of people who work here live within 2 miles. I can't imagine I'd have much luck saying i'm not coming in because petrol costs too much. I'm the only one here complaining and i doubt the lads in the warehouse would want to miss out on a days/weeks pay because i can't afford to get here. In principle a complete and total strike is a great idea i just don't know how it would work in practise!

Fuel prices are a problem full-stop
Gas, electric, petrol etc
People are being shafted
And the gas/eletricity industries are making record profits (£3,000,000,000 for British Gas)
It's not right is it?
But without a Coal Industry to compete with..and a Govt to regulate them...they can charge what they like

I've always thought of London as a foreign country What affects London does not affect us - we don't have a comprehensive public transport network in Stoke - in London you can get by without having a car - try that anywhere else in the country and you have no chance. It was laughable when the Lib Dem fella came up from London to Crwho for the by-election campaign - they had to drive as there were problems on the west coast line - pisser ;D btw, it said on the radio the other day that petrol in Saudi arabia is 7p a litre

The oil will eventually run out one day but to say or think it will run out soon is absolute nonsense. Unfortunatley they are discovering new oil fields on a regular basis some as big as the biggest we have now, take South America for example. What about when the ice caps have melted there are bigger oil reserves there than anywhere on the planet. Unfortunatley it will be too late by then because the planet will be fooked but do the oil barons care ? This oil scaremongering business started with 9-11 to say its 7p a litre in Saudi just goes to show. Then it was energy reserves and now its food look at rice? One world, several companies monopalising equals globalization is it good? Prices in Britain are scandelous but on comparison to wage scales its the same all over the world. I think its about 65p litre here in Thailand but the local wages are far less then the UK. The locals are feeling the pinch with these prices just as much as every other country. It is a global problem and its about time something was done on a global level but what the fuck can we do? As far as the UK is concerned forget it the milk snatcher beat the will of the people to a pulp, no one cares as long as number one is ok Good luck but don't hold your breath ;D

Workers of the world unite? Nah they can't be bothered! I wouldn't mind being taxed so high if the services were any good but quite frankly they're not. Education, NHS, it's all fucked! Good old labour tax and spend with no fooking improvements. Anarchy in the UK it's coming sometime maybe...............

Jukebox, Even one can enough of some things and the price of fuel in general is one of them.
And that Brown idiot! He won't go to one of the RAF bases to see some of our brave soldiers come back in body bags. But he will write a letter of condolence to John Terry over his missed penalty...
Is that the man you want in charge of our country?

Dear Jukebox, One was not implementing that you wanted that idiot in charge. You never know the boy Cameron might do a good job, then again he might just be like the other major parties and just do the same as they do. The country is in a ruddy mess with all of these stabbings and things going on!
