Imagine worrying about the club when we still have a bunch of jokers in charge.

To be fair he's not really wrong about Butland's 4 week holiday... I think there is a FIFA ruling that all WC participants must have a minimum two week break before resuming training etc with their clubs

We have this every season though don’t we?
Sometimes it’s justified, like last season, sometimes it isn’t, but we always get the same whining from people incredulous we don’t have seven new signings ready to go by 1st July.
The reality is that most clubs are currently in the exact same position as we are in terms of trying to get their business done.

I can understand being somewhat annoyed at Jules and Verlinden not going the Germany trip though. Could have decent game time there.

He obviously has his targets and you can’t always just go out and get them.

I'd like to see all you loonies saying Butland didn't deserve a holiday give up your own time off for a 4 week work event away from your family and friends. They don't exactly get much time off (Boxing day football), give him a break!

There may well be something to worry about but I’m happy to wait until the window shuts before crying about it, as we’ve been here before and it’s often turned out absolutely fine, even with a rodent like Scholes at the helm.

To be fair he's not really wrong about Butland's 4 week holiday... So if you had a job and your work took you to Ibiza for 4 weeks to complete business deals but the other 18hrs of the day were yours but you couldn’t drink and enjoy yourself you’d just waver your holiday quota and fuck Spending time with your family and loved ones ? Would you bollocks...so why should he

We might have what we need by the time we go to Elland Road, or near as damn it. People are acting as if we’re miles behind, choking on the dust of everyone else immaculately happy with the business they’ve done. What’s actually happening is that everyone’s in the process of trying to strengthen and hardly anyone finds that plain sailing. What, realistically, do you think should have happened by now that hasn’t or that is especially out of the ordinary?

The bit that I'm most disappointed with is how much shit is left in the midfield. I think one winger in by now should have happened. Butland staying or going too. If he goes now then I think it's really poor on our behalf.

We gave them new deals instead. The Butland thing is one they need to control. It's either a leave now or next season.

We could always go Gateshead or the like and buy a winger with no issue at all or we could wait and get who we want You live in a simplistic world Bayern where you just walk into the shop and pick it off the shelf

Combined with the world where our transfer dealings in the last 3 seasons have been piss poor and we have the same team doing them then you have a right to worry. Nothing has changed.
