Southgate is hinting at dropping Harry Kane to keep him fresh and give others a chance. Not sure he will be so happy when he is aiming for the Golden Boot.
I can see GS thinking though - send out the B team but go for the win. Either we win and its great for confidence or we lose and we get the easier route to the final PLUS all the first-teamers are rested. Maybe something like this:
Butland
Walker Cahill Jones
Alexander-Arnold Dier Rose
Loftus-Cheek Delph
Rashford Wellbeck

Why Welbeck and not Vardy?

Loftus-Cheek is on a yellow. He gets a second and misses the next game. Why not play Alli?

I wouldn't mess with the back three and keep Pickford in goal. Pickford, Maguire, Stones, Walker, Trent, Rose, Henderson, Loftus Cheek/Dele (give them both 45 mins to fight for the position), Lingard, Rashford and Kane.
Rest Henderson around 60th min for Dier and depending on how the game is going rest Kane somewhere in the second half.
Trippier has been amazing this World Cup, but maybe Trent deserves a game and also think Trippier got a slight knock in the last game.

I wouldn’t rest anyone personally. Keep Kane scoring, I’ve never heard of a striker wanting to be dropped whilst in the goals, Belgium should be treated as a must win for confidence imho

Kane won't let Southgate drop him.
I'd make a few changes but I guess it'll depend on who's on bookings or who's fit/carrying any kind of knock.
Rumours Belgium will make wholesale changes.
