There is a war/conflict/military action, call it what you will, involving the main players in geopolitical terms every 10-15 years or so.
Same old same old over and over with different enemies.
That should tell you something about how modern global society 'works'.

The first casualty of war is truth. There will be lies, conspiracy claims, smoke and mirrors from both sides in order to protect intelligence sources and to justify military action as Blair did. One thing is for certain is that a chemical and nerve against attack took place and that cannot and must not be tolerated by the international community. Syria is and has been for many decades a hotbed for war between many Muslim factions stirred up by the backing of the super powers of all sides in the conflict. Effectively it’s a global war being fought on a national scale

They have to have somewhere to test their new toys don't they.
With a direct conflict almost certainly resulting in the extinction of humanity I feel that the so called super powers are always on the look out for a theatre to use in a proxy war.
Hopefully one day they will grow up. But when they are led by testosterone fuelled dick heads like Putin and Trump I somehow doubt that will happen.

US economy depends on the sale of weapons and aeroplanes, it's in their interest to have wars in progress.
Follow the money.

I don't for one second think that the UK is innocent in all this, for hundreds of years this country has exerted seedy and cynical influence all over the world.
I don't trust Russia, but I damn sure wouldn't trust out disgusting bunch of snakes either.

sounds like another fake chemical weapons attack in Syria, they seem to be acting on unverified footage of a supposed chemical attack .weapons inspectors were apparently on their way to examine the scene for evidence only for UK US and French to launch airstrikes with out any United nation approval. think this all goes alot deeper than we imagine imo both Russia and America are working together in order to destabilise the middle east and thus share the profits and power. All this animosity towards Russia seems like a bit of a smoke screen to me diverting us a way from the reality of the situation. A perpetual state of confusion over facts and lies leaves us unable to make any judgement of on going situations around the world.

Have Russia retaliated yet. Will they bother... Yes, they've built an invisible wall between Russia and the West that they claim will stop all missiles. I can't see it myself

It's all a load of shit.
Russia, Iran & their boy Assad want control over the region so as they can have full control over those lovely Iran-Syria-Turkey-Europe pipelines. The West want control over the same region so they can have control over their lovely Saudi-Syria-Turkey-Europe pipeline.
Both sides throw out all the propaganda they can... Sure, Russia & Iran anit exactly the most trustworthy people on Earth (I'm talking about their Governments here, not the average Joe on the street) But I'd back them & Assad (Someone who has actually protected minorities, including Christians, in his country) Over believing a fucking word that came out of the mouths of the 'White helmets'.
It's amazing that when Assad was under serious threat of losing control to those Western-backed 'moderate rebels' called ISIS (I wonder what happened to those guys? Remember when 'Call Me Dave' wanted us to support them?) He never felt the need to use chemical weapons. Unyet whenever a 'moderate rebel' group is all but defeated & have barely a handful of men left in a city, meaning Russia, Iran & Assad are about to win the war, he suddenly decides to drop a shit load of chemical weapons on women & children, instantly turning the world against him & meaning the Western powers will come & bomb fuck out of him.
It's equally amazing that we're (Western Goverments) so outraged about the deaths of innocent people, unyet there's no coverage anywhere of all the innocent people in Yemen being bombed to fuck by Saudi Arabia... But then we do supply Saudi Arabia with all their weapons, so it's best if we keep that one hush-hush.
Still, atleast we can all benefit from the continued enrichment as even more refugees now head our way, who all love us & our way of life, and can't wait to thank us for bombing their family.
Load of fucking shit. Our armed forces should be used for keeping this country safe, I'm sick to death of us interfering in other countries affairs, especially in the Middle East.

I often wonder what we are really seeing, I recently read North Korea Undercover by John Sweeney, ironically while he was explaining the propaganda and brain washing of the North Koreans I wondered what if that is the real story and what we think is really the lie
next we will be in the matrix

In the former, they managed to smuggle out some unvetted footage and in the latter the main focus is on a curious Spanish fellow who fell in love with regime and operates as effective Foreign Envoy. This one also challenges some of the caricatures about about North Korea in Western Media but also confirms some pretty harrowing stories.

All starting to unravel as probable bullshit isn't it. You can see why some governments (oddly enough all those under a lot of political pressure at the moment!) were so keen to launch a strike against Syrian targets without any parliamentary scrutiny. Whatever you think of Corbyn, he's absolutely right that parliament should be given the chance to scrutinise the intel and then decide on any action via a free vote. Anyone who thinks this takes away the element of surprise - the Americans telephoned the Russians to tell them when, where, how much and how long the strikes would be and to advise them to remove their people! I suppose they may just have had a chat with their allies the Syrians! It's all bullshit!

www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-04-17/famed-war-reporter-robert-fisk-reaches-syrian-chemical-attack-site-concludes-theyRobert Fisk's bombshell first-hand account for the UK Independent runs contrary to nearly every claim circulating in major international press concerning what happened just over week ago on April 7th in an embattled suburb outside Damascus: not only has the veteran British journalist found no evidence of a mass chemical attack, but he's encountered multiple local eyewitnesses who experienced the chaos of that night, but who say the gas attack never happened.Fisk is the first Western journalist to reach and report from the site of the alleged chemical weapons attack widely blamed on Assad's forces. Writing from Douma in eastern Ghouta, Fisk has interviewed a Syrian doctor who works at the hospital shown in one of the well-known videos which purports to depict victims of a chemical attack. Importantly, the report, published late in the day Monday, is causing a stir among mainstream journalists who–minutes after the Saudi-sponsored jihadist group Jaish al-Islam (Army of Islam) accused the Syrian Army of gassing civilians–began uncritically promoting the "Assad gassed his own people" narrative as an already cemented and "proven" fact based on the mere word a notoriously brutal armed group who itself has admitted to using chemical weapons on the Syrian battlefield in prior years. Also notable is that no journalist or international observer was anywhere near Douma when the purported chemical attack took place. People began to arrive here suffering from hypoxia, oxygen loss. Then someone at the door, a “White Helmet”, shouted “Gas!”, and a panic began. People started throwing water over each other. Yes, the video was filmed here, it is genuine, but what you see are people suffering from hypoxia–not gas poisoning.”

seems like a fictitious propaganda war going between US and Russia. "fake chemical attacks" followed by air strikes (which could also possibly be fake )leaves us in a state of never knowing exactly what is going on and why.
