All he's done is put men behind the ball and marginally improve fitness. We look no better than under hughes. Lambert is clueless and there is no chance he will keep us up. I actually agree with a lot of what you have to say unlike a lot of people on here but I feel Lambert has done a good job since been in charge.
The position he took over had relegation written all over it. Now with 9 games left we have a chance of surving I feel.
He nay not be perfect bit he's certainly done better than his predecessor. I did not want Lambert in charge at all but I feel credit is due.
2 away points in a row is actually not bad at all.

So what strengths/benefits has he added?
Definitely tightened up the defence but after that I'm struggling, his subs seem as baffling as Hughes, Adam and Fletcher still getting games, the football played is as at least as bad as that under Hughes, the media performances are just as delusional as Hughes.
