Can't really base the standard of women's football on diving. There a lot of men players that are pathetic in this art too.
I find women's football more entertaining than the men's game at the moment, more passion, more goalmouth action and people playing who actually care about the result rather than the money.
English women are pretty good too, far better than there male counterparts

As for saying the women are better than the men at international level, I just wish they'd play this game to end all this bollocks once and for all. What do you reckon the score would be, given that the female world champions have been battered whenever they've played under 15s boys teams? I'm glad the women's game is getting some attention and growing in popularity, but this kind of horseshit from a supposed football fan drives me up the wall. |

There should be some reality restored to football they couldn't fill Colchester stadium and how many of the crowd paid anything like the price for the men's games
The fa is always complaining about the number of men's teams that are folding
They spend thousands on surveys
The answer is simple stop pumping all the money into youth and women's football
Locally near me if you run a mans team and you need a council pitch your luck if you see change out of ninty pounds and then you have the ref to pay
Women's and youths get subsidies and pay a lot less

Women's teams are not shite in their own terms, they just can't compete with adolescent boys, never mind men. So, if you enjoy watching people who are not physically strong enough to play at a high level hacking the ball around, with a goalie flapping around at thin air and unable to dive, then you can either watch women's football or pop by any park this Sunday and watch some 12 year olds do it - which is about the last age group in which boys and girls can compete. I'm not saying it isn't enjoyable and entertaining, just that comparing it to the men's game is absolute horseshit and it needs to stop. |
