To think that just over 4 years ago, we had seasoned political commentators (quite legitimately), suggesting that it would take at least two Parliaments before Labour could even begin to contemplate turning over an 80 seat majority. And yet here we are, watching that very same party, collectively combust before our very eyes. This is what happens when political campaigns are waged on nothing more than populism and built on nothing more, than a house of cards (Brexit). It's always going to catch up with you in the end ... Boris Johnson is a self serving, lying cunt, who managed to hoodwink far too many people with the ultimate result, being utterly catastrophic for us as a nation. Hopefully, people won't forget. |

I think we’re going to have a hard hitting recession at some point in the next couple of years, probably the end of this year. The Tories will be perfectly placed to say this is what a labour government brings, financial turmoil when the reality is very much different. People like Boris will be absolutely rolling in dosh, like a pig in shit whilst normal people are crushed, literally drinking shit (if you live in the southwest). The cycle will begin again, the fallacy that Tories are good with money because they’ve got access to it all and have hoarded it away from the system whilst normal people suffer. They’ll get back in soon enough. I fear populism is here to stay for a while yet. I hope I’m wrong. |
