What are your suggestions (realistically from the leftie point of view) on what happens next?
I’m in no way of a political persuasion as I just generally carry on living my life regardless but what do you guys think is the way forward?
A genuine, no sarcasm question.
I don’t come onto this thread much so may have been discussed before

Until late 2024 when a general election will be mandatory we're all very much in the hands of the machinations of the parliamentary Conservative Party. The rest of us are entirely impotent in the matter. |

I don't think you're fooling anyone either, with this "neutral" political stance! You've made enough pro-Farage, pro-Brexit, anti-Labour comments in the past for it to be pretty obvious where your sudden "disinterest" in party politics springs from! Brexit is a shit idea, the Tory party is a shambles. It won't kill you to admit both of those. It doesn't mean you've suddenly become some "tree-hugging, soy latte drinking (copyright wagsastokie), leftie, wokie"! Who knows, perhaps Starmer's Labour will also be a crashing disappointment if they ever assume the reins of power, and you can get your mojo back! |
