I have no issue with them being found guilty by IMPRESS, that's a good thing it shows they're regulated. No news outlet is perfect and they all mistakes. So who regulates Staines and Guido Fawkes? They were found guilty of libel not sure thats anything to be proud of. As for regulating guido I have no idea but if they print something libellous they can be sued which kinda of makes you wonder why they aren't being if you think they are so bad. Stop quoting anyone if that's the benchmark, as I said news outlets make mistakes and it's right they're punished. People were happy to quote the Jewish Chronicle and trust their polls in relation to the Labour antisemitism issue, there's a rag that gets found guilty of libel more than most of us have had hot dinners. Staines has registered his company in Nevis in the Caribbean and resides in Southern Ireland so not particularly easy to take libel action which he's fully aware of.......

Yep the Tory supporting standard with the former Tory chancellor as editor Its not what a survey says it's how you ask the question to get the answer you want

Criminal. Borrow loads of money, give it all to your mates, and then make ordinary people pay it back later. Yet more wealth extraction from the many to the few.

The canary is a crank website which regularly dips into anti semitism, the byline times is just a crank website didn't know you were such a fan of the canary. Says the fella who regularly quotes Guido Fawkes and Kelvin the cunt Mackenzie You forgot Spiked - that was another regular FYD go to...

I know, some people are still backing Labour. Lol I know, mad isn't it! Obviously over 100,000 dead people, the worst Covid death toll in Europe and the biggest economic hit of all the G7 countries is apparently still not enough to make that many people think that it hasn't gone all that well...you do have to wonder at what might make folk think that!

Well maybe the Labour party should remember where their roots lie before demonizing their core support. No matter what, when people asking to be elected insult the people they're asking to elect them, I'd say what happens next is inevitable.

Demonized and insulted their core support how exactly?
By asking, now they've seen what it means, if they really wanted to go ahead with the clusterfuck that is Brexit?
I think the reality is people were just sick of hearing about Brexit and voted for someone, anyone, to try to make it go away so they didn't have to hear about it any more.
Never mind the fact that doing so voted in a govt which has now proved itself to be the most incompetent one in Europe in terms of dealing with Covid! And just like Brexit, pollsters are finding that Tory supporters are so dug into their position of support, that all the evidence which points to that Tory govt incompetence is easily overlooked if to do otherwise might be to admit an error of judgement!

Any government who've overseen such massive increases in food bank use and homelessness must surely come in for some criticism, even from their most ardent of supporters?
Is there any Tory voter on here willing to accept that the Tories have failed some of the most vulnerable in society?

Extremely unlikely, unless it's followed up by the usual caveat that an imaginary Labour government would, of course, be even worse.
Never quite understood why it's so hard to accept that you don't have to constantly back the people you voted for if they are not performing or delivering the way they promised or you expected them to.

More sleaze from this government - you wonder what it will actually take to make any difference? Maybe people just don't care anymore, provided the vaccine roll-out continues to be successful, they're so desperate to see some form of normality return, who cares what dodgy dealing went on before in the pandemic?

Good when / if he loses he will have to pay that should discourage spurious actions in the future, he makes a nice living doing this pursuing his agenda against brexiters.
