"No offence" is that your favourite opener? ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif) Remember clegg saying he couldn't remember the queen bollocking him over his love for the eu.....then later to say it never happened and it's all bollocks.....then change again to say she did give him a bollocking after all ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif) Funny, I was texting deano about that opener only a little while ago ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif) I don't remember that but again, Clegg is totally different to Corbyn so I'm not sure how it's relevant to any of this ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/KYqg3pYeaerc5lD_P7BR.gif) Were you really 😂 Didn't really need to name drop there did you, 'barkers? Still if it puts some bones onto your delusion 😉

A lot of that article simply isn't factually accurate to be fair (not that that's ever been any sort of impediment to making proclamations on this board ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif) ) But in all seriousness, you'd have to be pretty gullible to take the Telegraph's word on Momentum at face value ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/KYqg3pYeaerc5lD_P7BR.gif) I totally agree over the telegraphs word It's about as accurate as the guardian mirror and now unfortunately the independent Who has become anything other This is true although in fairness, I'd expect the dear old Guardian to at least understand what Momentum is. The problem with this board - and indeed wider society - is that everyone is happy to acknowledge there's misinformation and fake news everywhere. No one denies that. So what's true? Well, none of us knows for sure I'm afraid. We're left with no option but to A) believe what we want (or hope) to be true B) be pragmatic and accept that there will be unknowns and we'll sometimes need to be patient. The majority on this board opt for route A ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif)

I love how all you lot who were previously mocking Labour and Corbyn and Momentum are now getting all faux-concerned by how Labour is run. As though it affects you in any way, or as if you're remotely bothered about the inner workings of political parties. Beyond, of course, scrabbling around for increasingly desperate ways to smear the ones you were never going to vote for anyway. It's all suddenly got a bit more serious, hasn't it ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/KYqg3pYeaerc5lD_P7BR.gif) As I've posted on here before, "first they laugh at you, then they attack you, then you win." (M. Gandhi). Enjoy the ride, lads ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif)

I thought I was going mad when I couldn't find it - looks like the post was deleted. Can I safely assume that Admin on here are anti-Labour? Is the site run by Tory trolls? What's with all these Tories on a SCFC messageboard in any case, the demographic is barmy. Are they real fans or those paid retired ex-military internet trolls?

I always thought Admin were more left than right to be honest, mate. But no idea why the post would be deleted I'm afraid ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/4tzqvp1fxEemag_TAXLJ.gif) There aren't as many ex-military types as you might think to be fair. Carpslayer, for example, has claimed at various times to have done almost every job that has ever existed, including soldiery. He's either the most brilliant human being ever born or, well, full of shite. I'll leave you to decide which you think he is ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/kwfoKwtHI0jglJZ4qZf6.gif) As for the right wing bias, it's undoubtedly there but I wouldn't worry - there are far more right-wing accounts than there are actual people, if you see what I mean ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/0m0lbCuTEBzaRn6f8QaM.gif)

It said 1n the Guardian that it is thought that Momentum have around 100,000 members or was it 10,000 members each having 10 split personalities?

Militant tendency all over again? Talk yesterday of bringing this 15% rule down to 10% to make it easier for Corbyn type politicians to get elected. Even the vote to decide which topics were voted on at conference were controlled by Momentum ensuring no divisive vote on the EU.
Interesting times ahead for Labour. As an aside I remember joining the Labour Party in the 80's and was treated with suspicion by the branch for at least 6 months as it was the time that Militant were infiltrating at local level..... it did not really enthuse a new eager member but I suppose that's the reality of politics. Those current members on here; what's it like in local branches at the moment with the influx of new members?

For a group that mostly consists of old ladies and young people, Momentum does get quite a sinister backstory given to it.
