Kenwynne Jones. Thought he was the definition of potential unrealized. Another not utilised often enough by Pulis, but not aggressive enough either.
I remember him and Walters owning the Liverpool defence one match, and he was a fucking handful that night. Such a shame he didn't do it often.

I recently read a story about a man who'd been in a coma for 12 years, and I suspect he still moved more than Kenwyne Jones during that time.

'There was a striker who we signed upon our promotion. I remember being really happy as he had previously looked the business at his previous club and I oh so wanted him to succeed. He could have been a hero but alas it wasn't to be.
And who do I blame for that...?
Dave bloody Kitson... that's who!'
Everything except the punchline. The blame lay with that Oxford Union guy.

Really wanted Tuncay to succeed so he could show Pulis there is a more attractive way to play the game and win
However he was never going to for reasons we all know

There have been loads but Bojan is right up there I've not seen a player with so much potential and until his injury was an absolute star. Oh God how we could do with him coming good.

Anthony Pulis, to disprove my harsh thought that he was only a professional footballer due to his dad being in a position to award him a professional contract.
Sadly, I think I was right.

Parkin. That lad had a great touch but too much weight God really took the piss with Jon. Gave him the gift of being able to play football, and coupled it with a pastry addiction.

Cameron for geographic reasons. Being American but with family in Stone and growing up on Stoke City/Vale, I was doubtful that an American would survive in the EPL. And here he still is after several years.....very fair comments on his performance on this site. Geoff's done well but I knew he would. Never a doubt, he came from Houston, Texas and they toughened up that Yankee Massachusetts boy before he even crossed the pond. He's made a lot on here eat humble pie over the years and he's still is going strong. More could learn from his loyalty and professionalism. If you are in TX, hope you are on high ground.

Paul Randall and Tony Ellis stand out, and I think I'd throw Big Dave Bamber in there too.

There's been loads over the years but as far as I'm concerned, Bojan would have been the ultimate in rehabilitation projects.
It was looking good for a while but fizzled with the injury.
Steino was a rehabilitation project at the time and look how he turned out. Bojan could have been him and some 😞
