I don't see us getting anything there. Pulis has a great talent for shitting on my expectations no matter where he is. H Expect a win for West Brom then ?🤔 I'd take a point now if it were offered! H

The Baggies have signed Oliver Burke from Lipzig for 15 million. Is he any good? He's very good
He had a nightmare in Germany and didn't cut it
But was on fire for forest before he went
If he can get back into his groove , he is very good

Butland Zouma ShawX Indi Diouf Allen Fletcher Pieters Choupo Bojan Jese
No dedicated forward to begin with, the west brom CB's normally snuff them out, instead have the false 9 formation, and quick interlinking play between the front 3.
Shaq, i'm leaving out, only as i see him not passing the fitness test
I would like to see Saido and Ramadan make appearances during the second half. Possibly even Tymon, but only if we're in control (and to boost his confidence). The former would inject a bit of excitement into the second half when we normally fade

I rate our chances of sneaking it by the odd goal, if so 6 points from 3 matches would be a cracking start, would settle for 4 from 3 though.

Butland Zouma Ryan Indi Diouf Allen Fletcher Pieters Shaq Berahino Jese
Grant Wollscheid Cameron Imbula/Adam Ramadan Bojan/choupo Crouch Got to set up to attack really, this is a very winnable game for us. I'd take 0-1 but I think it'll be 1-3

Playing against a team setup by a dinosaur should mean this is a guaranteed 3 points for us.
Anything else and Mark has ballsed up.

Less reliance on Pulis players (who seem to be spooked by his godfather presence) might give is the edge this time. Jese, Choupo and Zouma at least will be thinking, "Who ze fook eez zis Pulis guy?" Plus, Fletch will have inside knowledge of how he will set up and where the weak points might be.

We will go and play beautiful carpet football like the purists we are. They will try to bully us and win the game by set piece goals. I love it how the tables have turned! Dirty clogging hulking savages from the grim lawless favelas of Smethwick. Versus: The carefully accumulated global glitterati from the finest enclaves of Cheshire. You should be Linekers script writer youth

Many stokies overthinking this. Last weekend I saw enough. Quite simply, we are now a much better football team, far more solid at the back(Zouma & Butland), better in midfield in terms of legs and sheer talent and, we've got the random factor in choupo and plainly, the cherry on top, a world class free transfer up front that will single handed, tear this dinosaur and his smethwick 'nare do wells', a brand new and rather cavernous arsehole.

I think we've had a better players than West Brom for a few seasons now, but they've been better organised.
Tomorrow will be different - I fancy us to win.
3-1. Goaaarrrnnn Stoke

Tomorrow should give us a very good understanding to where we stand. Pulls will have his team fired up, I think he looks at this fixture as a personal goal. Hughes must want to win this, organisation is key! I can see a result but a dull afternoon, really couldn't guess the side he will put out, rest Shaq and Berra. Playing Berra would just make noise in the crowd and fuel the fire. Roll the sleeves up and get the job done, grind out a win from this and we can really push on!
Goooaaaarrrrrn Stoke!
