I enjoy watching dance and other performing arts. The audiences are usually majority female, and females take longer anyway on the toilet, so there is always a long wait for the toilets during intermissions.
When it becomes clear that I won't get to a female toilet before the performance resumes, I've on occasion gone into the men's bathroom. Inevitably others immediately follow, and within 15 seconds or so, the men's bathroom is taken up by females.
I feel bad for men in a football stadium as it's a similar situation for them, but they can't go into the female bathroom.

Can't remember about female toilets though but I know my mum and dad sometimes went to games with me and. when they did, I switched from the Boothen End to the Butler St Stand - this was pre the roof blowing off. My mum could never have managed 90 minutes without a toilet break (it was a woman "thing") so she must have found a women's bog somewhere.

Blimey...debating the existence of long-gone toilets in a stadium that was demolished 20 years ago...

You can probably find the building plans somewhere on the Dark Net.

There were women's toilets in the concourse to the Butler Street Stand. I had a season ticket in Butler Street and on that last day when we played West Brom I brought my camera and took loads of pictures of some very ordinary aspects of the ground, including the concourse area with that tiny food outlet. The reason I remember there were ladies loos there is that I took a photo of the entrance because right above the door there was a sign saying CCTV in operation (or words to that effect) which I always thought might be a bit off-putting to the users!
Unfortunately this was in the non-digital age and my pictures are paper copies that are now buried in the loft. However, if its important to anyone to prove the case, please pm me and I will try and dig them out and scan them in. It may take a little while to find them mind!

[br Its swings and roundabouts really depending on what event and numbers of men/women at it. I wouldn't do it the other way round though, - I was on a campsite at the British Grand prix at Silverstone the other week and a bloke got his head smashed in for using the women's toilet (by a bloke, not a woman!) because of the queues.

One of the reasons my misses did not go many matches was the lack of toilets for women,I thought it was great.
