Lets be realistic Oxlade-Chamberlain would be a quality signing for Stoke.

We managed to get Shaqiri here, there's always a chance. I love your optimism mate I really do. Shaqiri wasn't really linked with anyone else though, we'd chased him for a couple of windows and he was coming off the back of a poor six months at Inter. Oxlade Chamberlain has been heavily linked with Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea. He's got just a year left on his contract so he'll be at an attractive price. He's also coming off the back of a very strong end of last season. I'd love love love us to sign him. It just isn't gonna happen though.... |

Benji, only one of those was a regular starter, the other 3 are well past their best-good servants but I think if we were still playing them as regulars then we really would have been in the shit . We have released some expensive (wage wise) squad players-Arnie being the exception. |
