What's everyone doing?
I managed to get out for a meal with my two last night at the Horseshoe in Alsager. Their diaries are that stuffed with work commitments it was last night or nothing

My Dad passed away at Easter this year, so I'll be raising a glass to him, rather than sharing one with him. Cheers Dad.

Nice one pearo. lost my dad suddenly in 2007 he was never interested in these kind of money making days but, I always travelled down to stoke to have a pint with him at longton cricket club (opposite McMillan) on this day ......what a great day today would have been for us to have a pint with our gone but not forgotten dads

They bought me a deck chair, quite a nice afternoon spent lounging on the lawn, and no doubt will be in full use when I'm working away again next week... Must go, I have to cook tea if I want a decent meal

Lost my dear old dad in 2012 after a long battle with cancer. He was never one for being the centre of attention and would always try to avoid a fuss being made of him, but as each year goes by he becomes even more important than when he was there for me. All the best to a wonderful dad !!

Happy Fathers Day guys. By the sounds of it some of you had mixed blessings. My father died at the age of 41 in 1991. Obviously I'm way over it now, but I'm sure he would be happy with how I turned out with my ltd abilityXx

My dads long gone but my daughter persuaded we could have a lovely day if I drove her corwen to fine her a puppy. We then took a trip up the dee on our return and she kindly agreed to steer so I could lie down in the boat with a beer.
all in all, not a bad day

Drove down from Leeds first thing to get to Stafford car boot for 9am to surprise my old man doing his usual round of the car booters. My daughter came with me, and treated both of us to coffee and a bun at the village fete near Milford Hall this afternoon. Scorching hot weather, about 32C there, with a quite breathtaking demonstration of belly-dancing by a most charming group of middle aged ladies clad in rainbow colours. I almost overlooked the tombola.

Lovely day with my kids. Took Em swimming in the morning and for a walk around attinghampark in the afternoon.
They bought me some lovely espresso mugs (that I didn't need) and got up at 6 just to make sure I was awake
They wanted to make me breakfast but I would have spent more time clearing up after them. Bless
