Typical European politician Maybe she should stick to clog carving ,tulip bulbs and rubbery cheese Or maybe acept a majority of the uk population wants sod all to do with the European Union and its corrupt venal politics Actually, 52% of the people who voted on 26 June 2016 voted to leave the EU. There’s never been a poll for what you said and it certainly didn’t ask the entire UK population! Brexiteers have read far, far to much into the question asked at the ballot box on that day. It was actually 23rd June 2016 oggy !

Can't see any other realistic option.

It looks like No Deal. Can't see any other realistic option. Potentially looking that way. If it does have to be that way then I hope the Government play a completely straight bat and ensure that whatever negative factors that are applied to our trade, imports, exports etc are reciprocated right back at the EU and life is made as difficult for them as it is us.

I thought that the real "sky is falling in" story was the one regularly written about on here by one poster in particular about how the EU was falling apart, under threat from populist movements in France, Germany, Holland, Italy,Spain,Hungary,Sweden, La La Land. The EU seems to be standing tall at the moment. Standing together, putting on a brave face more like. A shame our politicians couldn't have got together to put our country first. Make no mistake, there is plenty of unrest in the EU, they just hide it better. But you know better?

Wonder how many people - whether leavers or remainers, given the choice would turn back time to a point where the B word was virtually unheard of and didn't dominate British Politics as much as it does today. I know I would.

No the referendum would still of happened there well may have been a different result There had to be a vote so as to attempt to lance the boil once and for all the problem was the Eu gave sod all as they didn’t believe Cameron would be stupid enough to push the vote

Under WTO regulations they have no other choice, its only Monday expect plenty of knicker wetting before amazingly a deal is agreed on friday or whenever the last minute for a deal is...

Crumbs, is this still going, I gave up on page 180 when I realised no one was changing their stance anyway! It's been the same way since George Canning pulled the UK out of the concert of Europe in 1823, and I don't think it will have gone away 200 years from now either

This country will make it work Personally I think a deal will be struck at the last minute with little afterthought, which will please no-one, certainly won't be as good as the status quo and will show this Government to be the shower of shit they truly are. But we'll be ok in 50 years or so, so that's good.

Point blank refusal to investigate The reason being that it transpires the Russians supported and backed the Remain standpoint in the belief that is easier for them to manipulate one big umbrella than two seperate ones. Therefore the government ( who also want to Remain) can’t allow an investigation that shows them and Putin in the same bed.
