Does anyone know of any software, that i can download/buy which enables you to cut out bits of tracks that you want. So you can use for stuff such as ringtones? You know when you love a chorus to a song or whatever, but you can't set it as your ringotne becuase it takes too long to get there, or has a quiet start ect. If you understand me? Thanks in adavance

You should have software on your PC already allowing you to do this, providing you are on a Windows operating system, so no need to download anything.
Windows Movie Maker - it's usually a default program that comes with the computer.
If you open up the mp3 into it you can cut the bits you want.

Audacity is very good, might be a little over kill for your needs though.
For ringtones I use mp3trim, you can also use iTunes.
