Not sure if anybody needs this information. Policeman No 3743
An idiot mounted policeman really upset a young lad close to Coach One after the game.
There was no need for him to be so close to the away coaches as all the happy Stoke Fans where just getting on the coaches.
I did'nt see what happened but a young lad was in tears and a very angry Dad, I presume, was being held back for his own good.
All the time PC 3743 smiled and smirked as he looked down from above.
Greater Manchester Police. Lick my Arse

One of the lads on our coach was being deliberately wound up by a very cocky copper, skin head, not sure if anybody saw it. Anyway the lad rightly asked him why they were purposely trying to wind us up, and he gave him 3 little slaps on the cheek and went you just get back to that place you call home mate. I went up and asked another copper what gives him the right to do that and he said we do what we like. Both of them had those little circular audio video devices on the jacket switched off.

I was meeting a mate who's a Man City fan to walk back to Piccadilly with, I could reach out and touch him he was that close but some arrogant bastard copper told me to walk all the way round the ground.
When I explained I live locally and just wanted to walk in the right direction he pushed me with his baton. Had to count to 10 I was that pissed off but made sure I took his number and then asked him how much Stoke fans would be taking off GMP officers pension pot this season due to their utter incompetence. Then I walked off as I had a training course at work next morning and didn't fancy a night in the cells :-)

I have the utmost respect for the police normally, but to treat our fans like this is disgraceful. Can we not email them or do something so it doesn't happen again?

After that they went home, bawled at their kids to get to bed, then beat up the missus to celebrate International Women's Day. Not very nice people really! The same kind who covered up the Hillsborough negligence and bullied miners at Orgreave Colliery. Unfortunately, the police force will never be rid of these types, ... much to the disdain of their more concientious colleagues.

Cowardly thugs who hide behind a uniform, they should be required to do at least three years in the armed forces before they are allowed to join the police, see how brave they are in the face of a real enemy on an equal footing.

Vile police...never take buses there again. Hate us for some reason. When you've been in Manchester a few times or passed through and caused trouble etc GMP don't forget that and I think we know there's a few of our "supporters" done just that over the years. Not saying that makes it right what happened but to the average GMP copper being a Stoke fan means your a Neanderthal and you will get treated as such by their Neanderthal's.

Grotty Manchester makes normal folk turn Fascist let alone a copper. Just remember though a fascist copper has to do all sorts like going to somebody's nearest and dearest to tell them their better half died in a car crash. Could you do that?

I think they are still pissed off at the compensation awarded a few years ago when they wrongly sent a coach load of our peaceful lads back to Stoke, typical example of the incompetence of the Police service.

As I said if your a Stoke fan peaceful or not your trouble as far as the GMP are concerned. Nowt to do with incompetence just a simple baseline to follow. As I said not always right but with some of our supporters not far off the mark. You only have to look back to West Brom away re how some "behaved"

It's part of the job they are paid well to do, they have plenty of perks don't you worry like booking your annual leave around the games that will require all leave to be cancelled therefore gaining enhanced payments and time off in lieu .

No I'm not saying it's right just pointing out that the actions of a few of our supporters unfortunately means we all get tarred whether we like it or not. in respect of being well paid and perks etc go on enlighten me as to what they are? And I will ask you the same question. Could you deal with the shit they have to deal with on a daily basis . I don't think so do you? By the way not a copper but having a family member who was one for 30 odd years let's you see and hear things you'd rather not.

When it comes to football fans, coppers are a disgrace generally. We are easy targets and they get the full backing of governments, FA etc and press and media. And I'm talking about all fans. In Russia they look after the hooligans even!

There was absolutely no need to have a police horse by our coaches. All the stoke fans were going home happy so i dont know what the problem is and to upset a child like that is out of order. Manchester Police totally arrogant tossers

As I mentioned they need to chill out by picking on footy fans, to make up for their ineffectiveness in some areas of Manchester where they can't control the rule of the drug gangsters. Other parts of the county see the same.

Don't expect anything to happen. They'll probably just lie or cover it up.
Police love a good cover up.

I've been told by someone who used to work within the Police (not a copper) of a conversation she had with a senior Police figure discussing the kind of individuals that are attracted to the Police. She suggested that in her experience a large proportion joined because they wanted to have a ruck on a Saturday night and not get in trouble for it. He didn't disagree. Says it all.

I wouldn't mind if they did join for that reason as long as they sorted out the toe rags that deserve it and the ones that most folk would want sorting. But that rarely happens, though the judges don't help their case.
