This election was over the minute crazy Kamala started going down the route of calling Trump a fascist, racist etc.
Appalling choice of candidate from the Democrats and they've got what they deserve.

This election was over the minute crazy Kamala started going down the route of calling Trump a fascist, racist etc. Appalling choice of candidate from the Democrats and they've got what they deserve. Maybe Trump should sue Harris for calling him a racist? Or maybe after the E Jean Caroll case he's a bit more reticent about saying things he couldn't defend in a court of law? Thing is Harris is hardly the first person to call Trump a racistThere are quite a few examples in the article to demonstrate Trump is racist. Try this: "I've got black accountants at Trump Castle and at Trump Plaza. Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys wearing yarmulkes.... Those are the only kind of people I want counting my money. Nobody else... Besides that, I've got to tell you something else. I think that the guy's lazy. And it's probably not his fault because laziness is a trait in blacks." The thing is it's not only Harris and the Democrats that have accused Trump of being racist. "Conservative pundit and former Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele, when asked in an interview in January 2018 if he thought Trump was a racist replied, "Yeah, I do. At this point the evidence is incontrovertible." If a Republican is saying that the evidence for Trump being racist is incontrovertible why exactly can't Harris say he's a racist? It seems to me she's on the same ground as E Jean Caroll who now has the backing of a legal decision that she can in fact call the rapist Donald Trump a rapist.

Yet there are still so many black Americans who support Trump? More than twice as many black voters are expected to vote for him in this election (17%).

It's a ridiculous argument to say Trump can't be racist because some black people vote for him. The Association of German National Jews came out in favour of Hitler. Does that prove Hitler couldn't possibly be antisemetic?

You guys are missing the point. This is the same tone as the "basket of deplorables" comment from 2016. It certainly didn't help then and it's not going to now. A comment like this could easily alienate plenty of floating voters; especially the ones who voted republican in 2016 or 2020. The philosophy should be "this is why we're better, join us" but a comment like this is more akin to "you're scum and we don't need you". Whataboutery is irrelevant because if trump has said similar, that's a mistake that could've been used against him by setting a better example... You appear to have missed this ... Didn’t miss it. It was a dumb move by trump having this guy perform. It was a dumb move by Biden (who absolutely is not an irrelevance as some are trying to claim) to refer to all trump supporters as garbage. You don’t counter a dumb move with a dumb move.

The whole thing is bizarre.
What I genuinely don't get though is basically 50.1+% of the US voting public are being branded stupid racists basically which is mental in itself. Surely by definition though you'd have to be even thicker to be losing to them! 'Look at all those thick bastards beating us!'
Sun Tzu: Know the enemy and know yourself in a hundred battles you will never be in peril. When you are ignorant of the enemy but know yourself, your chances of winning or losing are equal. If ignorant both of your enemy and of yourself, you are certain in every battle to be in peril

Personally I find the whole "big man" thing a bit weird.

Not really being honest - it would suggest Democrats knew their enemy, chose to ignore it strategically and then continually claim Republicans hold a monopoly on stupid.

I actually think it’s a really smart move. Tony has one of the biggest comedy shows in the US. He’s also close friends with Joe Rogan, the biggest podcaster in the world, along with many American comedy podcasters like Bert Kreischer, Tom Segura, Joey Diaz, Theo Von, etc. Them talking about this will have reached millions and millions of Americans, and all of these shoes will be supporting Tony as a comedian. If you’ve ever watched any of his Kill Tony shows, it’s very close to the bone but doesn’t discriminate against race, sexuality, etc. with his own sexuality often targeted as the butt of many jokes. In my opinion, this has thrown Trump back into the spotlight in front of an absolutely huge fan base. The fact he’s just done the JRE podcast, was interviewed by Theo Von, and Vance just did JRE too, leaves me in no doubt he knew who Tony was and knew the type of content (he probably requested it). As an aside, the Kill Tony special with Shane Gillis as Donald Trump is absolutely fantastic!

"Whataboutery is irrelevant because if trump has said similar, that's a mistake that could've been used against him by setting a better example..." That's my exact quote. Not sure what you've taken it to mean, but I've italicised "could've" to say that, if Trump has mass condemned the opposite side's support similar to how Biden did, then the democrats basically just lost the moral high ground to use that mistake against him. They could've capitalised, but they no longer can. You're also posting clips of this comedian making completely inappropriate jokes for a political rally in response to me posting the Biden gaffe and disagreeing with the people who are trying to downplay it. I don't understand the relevance seeing as my entire point is that you don't counter strategic errors by making strategic errors. Unless your point is Biden was correct (morally or otherwise) to say what he said then I don't get your angle.

In the post of yours that I replied to, you made zero mention of the gaff Trump made by vetting somebody, then inviting them up on to the podium and allowing them to slag off a whole swath of voters. Which was actually WORSE for Trump than Biden's comments were for Harris. All I was doing, was pointing out, that Biden's comments didn't happen in a vaccuum and if you want to actually be critical of both, then probably better, not to mention just the one incident and ignore the other.

The case was a complete joke and so is she. 🍌republic Are you saying both verdicts that found that Trump raped Carroll were a joke or rape is funny? I'm clearly saying that both verdicts are a joke. There was no real evidence but civil law cases work on balance of probability rather than the reasonable doubt premise of criminal cases against the state. That plus Manhattan jury and Bill Clinton judge...he was never going to win was he?
