I would go for all white with a red trim,or white top and socks with a red trim, with black shorts with a red trim. Maybe go back to our roots, and have a Maroon & Blue hoop top.

It should be the opposite of our home kit to avoid any kit clashes.
White and red stripes, red shorts and red socks.

I've always had the view that our change strip should be one of the original Stoke colours. www.historicalkits.co.uk/Stoke_City/Stoke_City.htmIt would be nicer if all the teams that play in red were relegated!

From the club's point of view it should be totally different every season. Otherwise they are not going to sell many replica shirts!
I have to say I like the current sky blue number and last season's black and green offering. The 150th anniversary strip of 3 years ago in the Ramblers colours was my favourite ever away strip though and I would not mind if it (or something similar) reappeared from time to time.

I think this (or a re-working for the 21st C) would be well received with a lot of people:

I thought the third strip from last year was superb and if we had anyone in merchandising with a clue the club shop would at least have had 500 to sell because these babies would have flown off the shelves, all my kids wanted one.

Definitely should be some rules about away kits - possibly are but they seem to get flouted.
1. Away kit can't be too close to home kit - so Chelsea's darker blue away kit is stupid. 2. Shouldn't be allowed to use it unless genuine colour clash. Arsenal do it all the time but we didn't need to change on Sunday. 3. Shouldn't have away kit that clash with your own goalkeeper - Manchester City do it regulalrly and get away with it.
All above should be fined for first offence. Second offence should be made to play in just their jockstraps (Imbula could keep his gloves though)- which most of the fuckers probably wouldn't mind as it would give them an opportunity to show off their expensively acquired but largely tasteless skin art.

Whatever it is, it should be the same for 2 seasons running. The anniversary kit was cool, as was the blue black one with Britania on it

Given the most notorious decision against us in the clubs history was due to our all white away kit I don't think we should ever wear it again.
Quite happy with this year's away kit.

It should consist of a shirt, pair of shorts and socks and be a different colour to the home kit. Under no circumstances should the shorts overlap the socks even when Shaq is wearing it because that just looks daft.

Not_Nick_H......I'll take that all day long. The club have dabbled with the "sash" over a couple of seasons - green on black, navy on turquoise. Time to try the above design out I think. (ahem! Cough! - anyone at Macron watching? ).

Chelsea don't have a darker blue kit, they have a black kit, completely different as we wore black with them in there home kit. and the rules are exactly the opposite to that, a team must wear there away kit a certain amount of times regardless, as to make it worthwhile for supporters who buy said away kit, i dont know the number of times, but I know said number is more than the times we would have to wear it, hence sundays change, hence the black kit at chelsea last season.

All black with red and white trim; red or white shorts/stockings if we play teams with clashing shorts/stockings. Perhaps a red and white sash or hoop or assymmetrical stripe.
Chuffin' eck! I feel like the Gok Wan of Football.

The S behind the badge on the current away kit was an excellent touch. Simple yes, and nothing special to anyone not a Stoke fan, but my opinion of Macron albeit not much of one shot up after seeing that.
