to bulid a tower in Stoke on Trent how high would it have to be, to be able to see the sea at Eastbourne? Just asking, after looking at the Burj Tower again. Now this is a NERD Question

approximatly 4000 meters at a guess, of course it would have to be a very clear day to be able to see it anyway.

its approx 400m cos stoke is already 180m higher than eastborne but theres a place just south of london that 145m high so you've got to be able to see over that, just a guess.

Saw the Burj at the beginning of April when i was over there. Awesome to say the least, don't fancy coming down the staircase from the top floor if ever there was a fire. Wild Wadi - bloody fantastic, whoooooooooooooooooooooooooosh

Why would anyone build a tower in Stoke-on-trent just to see Eastbourne? ;D ;D Well obviously someone on here does SSMG you made me laugh. Karma for you. I actually did think about it and avoiding refraction and assuming the earth is a perfect sphere (which it isn't) I estimate 7km. Remember Eastbourne is full of retired people and so they're quite small. Any more strange questions?
