Did Ty Campbell come on? Wonder if he's actually signed? He did. For Walters. Was it established if he'd signed? Wouldn't think there's any need for a trial? Interesting that a 16-year-old is straight into the U23s? Verlinden or N'Goy weren't fast-tracked to that extent

Verlinden or N'Goy weren't fast-tracked to that extent As ever with our academy nothing has been communicated and on his Twitter it still says he's a Man City player. They weren't and if we do see him for this age range it should allow us to send a striker or two out on loan, presuming he signs.

He's huge, you can see why he'd score a hatful at his own age group. Still struggling with the concept that he wouldn't go to Arsenal if they were keen and that's where his dad played!
Sounds like an agent trying to bump up the deal to me.

Maybe he was advised that Wenger has a French preference - maybe it was his dad that advised him? Who know? who cares? their loss may be our gain.

Why's Dom Telford nowhere to be seen? Hopefully got a loan lined up! But it is odd. Just said on Instagram that he's had a thigh injury

www.stokecityfc.com/news/article/2016-17/eyes-on-prestigious-peronne-cup-prize-3239224.aspxStoke City squad: Allen, Diallo, Edwards, Read, Sadiki, Jarvis, Verlinden, Dunwoody, Abdallah, Twyford, Szereto, Silva, Deczki, Sorensen, Campbell, Jokelainen, Karamoko, Greenidge.
Campbell's in the U19 squad for that Perrone Cup this weekend, along with the other man-mountain, Greenidge. Quite a formidable front 2, size-wise.

Yeah - Greenidge and Abdallah definitely look like they're going to scare a few youth team centre-halves! Campbell was reputedly a very big lad in his age group according to some Man City youth watchers - and these 2 seem to dwarf him. Although Abdallah's 19 in Jan and Campbell isn't 17 'til December. Don't know how old Greenidge is or where he's come from, but he seems to have spent time at Reading - where he did a lot of growing!

I thought they may have drafted Shenton in for this one if he was eligible which I think he would have been. But the 23s have a game so I guess he'll play in that.
Verlinden who I imagine will be a regular not getting the time with the u23s is interesting too. I guess he'll drop down for all of the important cup games and his class will be needed more in France than Leek.
The u18s have a game against Boro at home too this weekend so I guess we'll play a mostly u16 side. Could be interesting!

Paris Red Star has a youngster called Issiaka Karamoko, who played against Stoke while on trial at Wolves last season. Could be him, perhaps foot-francilien.fr/2016/01/12/deux-joueurs-en-tests-en-angleterre/

Agreed Bayern. The website in general is a disgrace to the club, and Gareth Jennings should start by sorting it out.

Its not gareth jennings job to sort the website out. I'm sure i remember someone saying 12months ago maybe more that the club arent interested in keeping the website upto date as the website is under licence with a 3rd party and that the club would like to create there own website but are unable to as they are under contract until 2017 i think. Best person to ask is jon sidaway on twitter he usually replies to fans. Also dont forget there is only 2/3 people in stokes media team we have the smallest media team in the whole league.

He told me on there that they have an intern every year that focuses on the Academy so there's no excuses. Also at Bristol Rovers the coaches have taken ownership of their Twitter and keep it up to date with specific academy info. It puts us to shame.

They should run proper pages for every team we have, including statistics. How difficult can it be?

Well the intern musnt have been doing anything for the last 2 year then. Id like to see a stoke youth team Twitter set up to keep us up to date. I also dont know why the club dont get the people that run the bear pit/stoke loud and proud involved as some of the stuff the bear pit does puts the club to shame as well. I suppose now he's been elected to the supporters council he might get involved with it

They could do it pretty easily in house but as ever with the club is lazy arsedness. Having up to date profiles is the bare minimum and would be dead easy to do.
