How long are Rivals expected to be down today?

I think it was expected that they would be back up by now, but they are not. With Rivals you wouldn't expect them to do things on time anyway.  |

could be next day, next week, next month, next year .... with rivals normal time frames do not apply.
last time we were using this we were promised the old rivals MB's were to be updated and revamped .... almost 2 years later, they are still as upto date as the stone tablet and chisel
