....but not the ones in my street last night....3 kids no more than 5 or 6 years old messing about in the street doing doffers and generally messing about, they started running up and down the street then decide to have races, the races getting a little longer each time, the last race was from 1 lampost to the end of the street, 1 kid says to the other 2 ...."last ones a vale fan" made me laugh out loud, what do they say about kids tell it how it is ? ;D

I can remember getting a right bollocking over meir aerodrome from a passing copper. I was about 12 at the time and happened to swear as he was passing.
He took my name and everything, made me feel like I was Stoke's most wanted and I was shitting myself for a week that he would turn up and tell my mum.

Always remember a lad I knew at school (no names). He was off his rocker. Standing on top of a car park multi story in Castle when we were kids. He had a box of those crackers (the pellets that cracked when you threw them at the floor) that you got from joke shops and proceeded to empty the entire box off the top of the fifth floor of this car park.
I heard the screaching brakes, the screams, the carnage, I didn't hang around, funnily enough I didn't hang around him either from then on in ;D

The two kids up the road from me have been on the street kicking a ball about in their Stoke tops since they returned home from school.
"EIEIEIO, up the football league we go, if we get promotion, this is what we'll sing."
Credit to the little buggars, they are being brought up the correct way. I shall have to teach them the correct words, because the select words they currently sing don't help with my revision whatsoever!

" Most kids need a clout... "
You could be right but, caring parents would be a good start.
