Go back to single glazed, all DG does this after a while or else the uPVC becomes unstable. It's the greatest rip off of modern times. Seriously, you have to smash them to get rid of condensation if they're not properly made in the first place.

For water ie condesation to get in, the window must have cracked, replace?

Its the seal gone in the window unit, easy enough to replace and you dont have to replace the window frame just the glazed unit. Not expensive either.

Nrookstokie is right this happened to me in London. Once the seal breaks it just means that condesnation gets trapped between the windows. Fairly cheap and easy to fix but make sure you seal it properly once reaplced and the problem will be resolved.
