Im pretty sure that I doesnt work like that , I vaguely remember Malcolm Clarke saying (could of been someone else) that the panel will only judge a incident on its merits and comparisons on similar incidents aren't considered ! Yes if appealed it will go to an independent panel but we could still kick up a stink and demand to know why 2 similar incidents get very different punishments when they should all be using the same rule book! Fair enough , but I'm just cynical enough to think that they won't give a fuck !

Looks like a lot of clubs missed the boat on him, looks absolute class for 19 years of age.
He has to start in France, loads better than Lallana, Wilshire and them other clowns.

Not that I think either were red card offences, because they weren't,but they were two totally different incidents.
Geoff's was more of a retaliation swipe, whereas Lamela's was just a hand off whilst in possession of the football.
I'd be very surprised if Geoff's was rescinded even though that sort of incident should never be deemed a red.

Superb player. Full of energy, two good feet, can tackle, scores goals, reads the game well, great attitude, looks the real deal.
Got to be in the Euro squad if he keeps this form up, be good to see Spurs win it although they don't turn enough draws into wins so they'll fall short....

To be fair I'm better than Adam Lallana.
I agree about Delle Alli though,he's looking better every time I see him play.

Although I am 100% stoke I would prefer Spurs to win the league or do better than the other bunch. They have some decent young English players in and around their squad and not afraid to play them.

Agree, chucked another teenager on at the end as well refreshing to see....

think alli is absolutely quality and has the potential to be a really great player, but equally any 'england's great hope', 'he has to start' stuff will inevitably lead to people slagging him off as awful when he underperforms this season - which he will at times, because he's 19. see wilshere, barkley, sterling (already, somehow)...

Imagine if we had signed him last summer
It would of been like WW3 on here if we'd signed a player from the lower echelons of English football

To be fair Spurs are blooding a lot of young English players which is great for the national side.

I should imagine scouts and managers amongst some of the top clubs have (rightly) been hauled over the coals. 5M looks an absolute steal.

Can we set a poll "will Cameron's red card be rescinded" ? I'd be interested by the results I reckon the card will be upheld but the ban reduced to 2 games

The Lamella Incident mustn't have been that blatant as it wasn't on MOTD2 just now?

I wouldn't worry about the Lamela thing. If Cameron's was a red, Fellaini would be sent off every week.

We used to have some good if odd songs e.g Bread but apart from the Muniesa one dont seem to really come up with anything these days.
I quite like the Ultra concept if done well and would support a singing area to liven up our atmosphere if it was feasible , once the common sense move to safe standing comes in
