His combined Stoke/Sunderland 11 is awful. Lens over Arnie? Defoe over Diouf? Cattermole over Whelan? No thanks. Only one i'd take is that M'Vila. They will still beat us tomorrow though

I would take m'vila and defoe and 9 stokies thanks. Defoe is used to being a marked man who everyone knows about and scoring regularly anyway.. He is class

Sitting here ready to clock off and fuck off
Listening to some old shit from long ago ( In the Flat Field -- Bauhaus )
If you could select a song to be played at Stoke ( say half time ) --- especially with a new sound system coming
What would you request

Can you remember a lazier list than this?? Played for Sunderland And Stoke He didn't exactly have to trawl the record books for this did he? I was expecting something with a bit more research/thought! Off the top of my head, a better list could be Rory Delap Paul Bracewell Iain Munro Liam Lawrence Graham Kavanagh What are your suggestions?

Diouf hardly played for a month, can't seriously compare game stats. Funny you should say that they have both played 9 games Look at PL goals per minute in the pitch Diouf is way ahead this season and last

We're playing well - Sunderland struggling somewaht and pretty lucky last time out
I would confidently predict another away win by the odd goal but - Sunderland at their place, seem to be a bit of a banana skin for us
I would not put it past big Sam to tell his soldiers to clog a few of our lads tomorrow either.
so - Tough mission for our lads
3 points and everybody intact would be perfect for me on Saturday teatime

Even though I believe we could easily beat Sunderland tomorrow I would still take a point if offered now.Suppose I am being a bit negative but would say 4 points from 2 successive away games is an excellent return.
Sunderland 0:2 Mighty Potters

For all the players that Stoke have signed from Sunderland, never forget that we gave them Denis Smith as manager (plus Viv Busby as assistant!) I reckon they got the best of it
