I'm annoyed Bojan is a non-rare! As an 81 rated player surely he should be gold? I don't know why on earth he isn't classed as rare, he is a flair player with some really high stats like dribbling. They decided who is 'rare' and 'nonrare' depending on the uniqueness of the card. Bojan was a non rare last year too. And it can depend on different things. A player from a unique country will be rare whereas someone like Sidwell(wheres theres lots of other English players) will be non rare. Thats why Diouf, Arnie, Geoff are rare being the only USA/Aus/Senegal. Other things dictate the rareness including skills, height, and unique skil. So Crouch is always rare due to his height. If a low rated player has like 90 heading, or a mediocre midfielder has 90 shot power they wll be rare too. Bojan is nonrare because he hasnt got any stand out stats, hes just generally good at everything, and I think Muniesa is rare this time anyway

Well that squad looks pretty awesome. I'm a career mode man myself. So with the new training option i should easily be able to get Diouf and Arnie up to 80 before the end of my first season aswel. Our sqaud is so good these days it get harder to decide what changes i want to make. Walters is shit on FIFA as always so yet again he will be first on my transfer list. And if its the same as past FIFA's no doubt Given and Odemwingie will announce they are retiring at the end of the season before a ball has been kicked. Van Ginkel should grow well but Whelen normally declines quickly so a better replacement for him might be needed. Apart from those 4 replacements im happy with that squad.

I've managed a game on the demo and I really like it.
I only play FUT online and try to play possession football so a much slower game which involves the midfield more is perfect for me. I don't use many skill moves so them being nerfed is a positive.
It still might change between now and release but right now it's as good a game as I could imagine it to be.

I like UT to be fair, I really only ever play mates though because people online either spend a tonne on packs or are proper sweaty. Career mode is the best bit for me, and Stoke this year have an unreal team if the UT ratings translate to career

Said to myself that I'd never buy FIFA again (after playing no more than 5 times on FIFA 15). However with the stats as they're going to be I may buy it, pfft.

I've played both the fifa and pes demos and it's going to be a tough call this year. I feel the game play hasn't changed that much on fifa so the only real reason (and it's an important one for lots of people) is the updated/real teams etc. Don't know if career mode has been improved any. Whereas game play on pes I think is excellent and by all accounts the master league is great. For me it's fifa on release and pick up pes in a couple of months for peanuts as it tends to price drop fairly quick - hopefully just when I'm getting fed up of fifa.

I never said I was successful It is really difficult and I have played it a hell of a lot, my 15 record stands at 933 wins, 140 draws, 780 losses. About 50 of those games were offline. I use passing players that others tend not to, winning is often about frustrating the other player while keeping the ball, against many of the angry kids that play it's pretty easy to do. So often I get 4 players pressing one of mine. I have one division 1 online once but spent most of the year in division 2/3. 3 mostly if I'm honest. I could only win division 1 with 5 at the back.

Anyone got the demo yet? What's it like? My son's been playing the demo on Xbox One, says it's good but still has some "FIFA AIDS" - not quite sure what that means. haha what you catch when you play it too long. It refers to the in-built favouritism in the game. To change the balance of each game so results arent a foregone conclusion then the "engine" will tend to favour one team over the other in each game. It is said to improve the overal lastability of FIFA and create that - always come back to play the game addictiveness. But it can be incredibly frustrating when you are clearly the better player online but the other guy wins with the only shot on target from 80 yards out. And vice versa when you seem to mysteriously win games against some 12 fingered french wizzkid who lives on FIFA.

I know a large portion of you don't give a fuck but I figured I'd post this on here instead of in 'game on' because that section of the forum is dead. Crouch +1 Arnautovic +1 Bojan +4 Shawcross +3 Muniesa +3 G-Cam +4 Johnson +1 Given +1 Butland +2 Afellay +1 Pieters +1 Odemwingie +2 Joselu +1 Whelan +1 Adam +2 Walters +1 Wilson +3 Sidwell -1 Van Ginkel -1 Ireland - 1 Our team has been massively upgraded, and I know it's only FIFA but it does do a little to show how maybe our image has improved! Whelan lowest rated outfield player. Fifa is 100% fact, just like Football Manager.

You do know there's scripts in the game to try and influence people to buy more packs/spending money into the game. There's loads of videos proving the scripts online and there's even a setting in normal kick-off mode to show you how the game changes tempo for other teams. It's still fun to play sometimes though.

Its like being a comedian, you have to stay frash to the audience and even though its just you doing the same thing, tweak it and make it appealling. KSI was the best at that, hes changed with the times and thats why hes the most succesful. You dont become a multimillionnaire for being thick and playing video games all day long

What I mean is they have to act like a massive bellend to appease their audience, even if that's not what they're like in real life. I'd find it very difficult to keep that up, it'd be very draining. That said I think plenty of them find that annoying bellend nature comes very easily to them.

I'm impressed with the demo, feels a lot more like a proper game of football and FUT should be good this year because the LB + Y perfect through balls for the pacy attacker to run through a disorganised defence should hopefully be a thing of the past.
