Bloomin great player Really hope they can sort this out for him and it does not keep turning in to the recurring nightmare it currently appears to be
Should be one of our best players and central to how we play if injury free

I thought I read somewhere it was just a dose of cramp and he was taken off as a precaution.

Although clearly not the same type of player, this is why I would also keep Huth. If Ryan has a back injury, early doors into the new season, it could seriously restrict our chances of success

It's a massive worry. Especially with what's behind him in the depth charts!

How else would Gerrard have got a goal? Pulled up just at the right moment

The comfort Itake in this is : he was walking around after 'bigging up his big pal Bojan' and I dont imagine a pulled hamstring would've allowed him to do that ordinarily -
looked more like cramp to me
super little player as far as I am concerned - and one that will improve

Does anybody actually know the truth ?
I see this player as very important to our future
Im incerely hoping he has not got a long term problem with hammys
he deserves a bit more luck in this regard
top -top player

Looked to me like the kind of cramp you get after a long layoff.

there ya go - first two replies - two opinions
how about the facts fellas ?
be great news if it was cramp - I thought it could well be cramp, given he manged a pretty lively lap of honour after the game
lets hope hes ok
Ipredict great things for this lad at Stoke City
(our very own Des Walker)

They reported it was cramp which looks like the case with how he pulled up, but I think he does have a ropey hamstring.

If the boss said that - I am much relieved - I see two maybe three Barca players in our team next season

I think that will be done assuming we stay up next season and the really, really, big money starts rolling in
overdue though - indicates over caution bordering on being 'risk averse'
and the three players I am imagining are not too much a stretch
Muni -Bojon and Roberto

Muni and Bojan are Stoke players so what's all this about two or three Barcelona players?

All of them. Wilson is iffy at best. Wolly similar. And I wouldn't trust Geoff at centre half as far as I could throw him! The best is Huth but he won't be here. The obvious answer is to sack Mark Hughes, one of our best managers in decades, and replace him with your good self. You obviously know more than the man in charge.
