I forgive all of TP's poor signings with his capture of N'Zonzi. He is and always has been a class act and the best midfielder at the club.
I hope he signs on the dotted line.

Didier Deschamps wants to give his head a wobble for not giving him a France call-up, he's just a fucking boss.

He's finished the season in exceptional form. He's started to add goals and assists to his game.
If we sort out the defensive side of his game we will have one of the very best in Europe. A complete midfielder.

Probably the best midfield performance for Stoke I've seen in my time.

Well, if he does leave (Which I genuinely hope he doesn't), he's signed off in much better style than Stevie.

I'm not sure what to say about today.
I think in years to come we may well be saying that this was the greatest Stoke performance of all time, orchestrated by the single greatest midfield performance of all time from Steven N'Zonzi. It was that good.

Sadly, I'd be really surprised if he as still here come August.
What a player he is
And what a hole he'd leave.

I'm gonna say it. He's not just a cheap Yaya Toure, he's better than Yaya. He's improved year on year and has absolutely fucking bossed it this season.

I've said this before many times but I don't care how old and boring I am. First time I saw him I thought he's the best midfielder we've had since Hudson, and I still think that. I've thought it every time I've seen him play. Today, I wonder if he may actually be better than Hudson Better than Hudson.? Don't be silly. Think you getting carried away in the moment. Good player...but not great.

What. No contribution from Sportsman and his self-proclaimed "growing band" of haters. Showed today why we should go balls out to sign our player of the season long term. Let the simpletons try and pick fault with that performance. If he keeps on playing like today and against spurs then it's exactly what we need in midfield and exactly what I've been asking for from him for years. Simple as that. I was not wrong in being critical of him up until the last few months. The growing mount of people on here who agreed up to only a few weeks ago proved that he needed that kick up the arse. We asked for more goals, to be able to drive forward with a purpose instead of reaching so far forward then panicking and turning back. Hes now doing all of that and improved. If you look closely after his goal against spurs you can see him mouth 'have that sportsman'.Hughes and his coaching staff have read my advice on here and took it to work on those weaknesses. Sparky pm'd me to agree on his frustration of him and said he'd work with him. Just a side note as I'm doing this: a Liverpool fan has just started crying on talksport!!

Or until his next game where he doesn't dominate against About £60milion worth of midfielders.

When he came out of ground and they asked for his autograph he was all smiles and said not to worry he'll be back and went to his car . Now I hope he meant next season as I didn't see him sign any autographs!

It was the sort of performance that would normally attract special attention from the MotD team. They rarely focus on anything Stoke do unless it's something negative about Ryan, so let's see if they can manage to tear themselves away from the opposition number 8 tonight.

First half Nzonzi gave one of the great Stoke City midfield performances. I can only recall the great Alan Hudson producing better. Hes cut out that annoying habit of slowing the game down too much. I really hope we can tie him down on a long contract.

Without knowing names, If you gave me the choice of no new signings, with N'Zonzi signing a new deal......... Or 5 new signings worth £30m and N'Zonzi leaving, I'd pick the former every time.
Majestic performance (and season).

My take on the 'keeping hold of the great players' thing, is that Muni, Bojan, N'zonzi, Arnie, Ryan, they know they're a good side, they know they've got quality in the squad and I'm hoping that if they stick together as a unit they know they can take this club, and themselves places, without having to become a bench warmer at one of the big four. Now is the time for Coates and Hughes, and the players to remain cool. And today the club proved it is capable of doing just that.
