He shouldn't need to but he is a controversial national figure, maybe his days of this kind of activity are over . I watched a video of these leftwing activists the other week......doing workshops on Farage ......not ukip....farage planning on attacks everywhere he goes i don't care who or what he is this kind of behaviour is not right if we all did this with say....the bulger killers would we be arrested? Do it to someone with a different political view to you and it's fine democratic britain eh As I said he shouldn't need to , there are hard liners of all political persuasions just waiting to act on their scummy agendas , farage needs to realise he is a target as are all prominent people , Jill dando , john Lennon are just 2 examples of what can happen

What a load of over-reactionary tosh I dont think you should lose any sleep over Farage's viewpoints being suppressed He's on the bloody tele and in every newspaper every day of the week! I dont think this is going to change that overnight....Unfortunately. Things like this are a Godsend for him. As Voltaire has been quoted as saying: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." But no, you like the mob rule. It's not about UKIP, it's about political parties being allowed to function without the mob intimidation. That's a very small mob compared to the one Farage has assembled. Farage is the most heard person in the country. Everytime he opens his mouth we have to endure it. I don't know why you are getting so upset about a a group of about 20 people stopping him eating his lunch. That hardly qualifies as the greatest violation of democracy for mankind! The Voltaire quote is absolutely ludicrous in this context. Defending someone who doesn't need defending. He's already milking it as a publicity stunt. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't set it up himself. Him and his banker mates have enough dodgy dosh to sort that. Small fry for him.

Have they not committed an offence under Public Order rulings ?, if so have any of these people been charged under whichever section is relevant , he was out to lunch in his private time with his family they had no rights to behave in such a childish juvenile manner, if say EDL supporters had carried out such an act against a party leader what would have been made of that

I guess climbing all over a moving car is acceptable now. Don't matter though its the Labour Party's Brown shirts UAF, Hope not Hate which is who is behind it. Make me piss have a read of this you must have seen the tv footage years ago when the edl were in Bolton. UAF kicking off with the Police so the Police set about em. The UAF leadership still fooking moaning 5yr later. www.thisislancashire.co.uk/news/11870473.Campaigners_gather_five_years_after_clashes_between_EDL_and_UAF_in_Victoria_Square/Scroll down to the comments read what the people of Bolton have say about the UAF.

It's not about UKIP, it's about political parties being allowed to function without the mob intimidation. That's a very small mob compared to the one Farage has assembled. That's called support. You don't see that "mob" trying to intimidate politicians do you? What a silly comment. Farage is the most heard person in the country. Everytime he opens his mouth we have to endure it. Like all the leaders. Maybe there's something happening in the next few weeks that may account for that? I don't know why you are getting so upset about a a group of about 20 people stopping him eating his lunch. That hardly qualifies as the greatest violation of democracy for mankind! Of course it doesn't. But allowing groups to try and intimidate people from holding a view? The Voltaire quote is absolutely ludicrous in this context. What? Why does the context matter? It's about allowing people freedom - whether you agree with them or not to express a view (within the framework of the law). Defending someone who doesn't need defending. The right to free speech does need defending. We allow one group to get away with a stunt like this. Maybe next time it will be Clegg? Milliband? Bennett? Cameron? Maybe the mob will try and intimidate them? We're getting on a slippery slope here. He's already milking it as a publicity stunt. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't set it up himself. Him and his banker mates have enough dodgy dosh to sort that. Small fry for him. So, you're now suggesting that UKIP control this left wing group? And your evidence is?
