Heartbreaking way to lose but you'll never see a more clear cut penno. Best of luck with the relegation fight Staffs.

Fair play Staffs for coming on here straight after the game. I was expecting your lot to be really up for it today due to the new manager and all,I too would have taken a draw before the game for this reason. Good luck for the rest of your season, although part of me wants Sherwood to fail miserably, signed a very happy Sidney

Fair play mate In truth that could have gone either way, but we do have pace on the break with Moses and Diouf and that told in the end. Got better on the second half for us too Guess Charity SCFC wasn't open for business after all

Staffs, I think it will go down to the last day of fixtures with regards who gets relegated.
At home V Burnley could turn out to be Villa's biggest game for years. Simple

Really do fear for Villa now.
That mood of optimism that accompanies a new managerial appointment will all have gone now.
I think it will go down to the wire unless Benteke can rediscover the form he showed a couple of years ago.

I remember a quote on this board a few weeks ago by Dave johnno saying that stoke would avenge there 3 home defeats to the bottom clubs on our return away games !! Well Dave 2 down 1 to go and how sweet would that be for us burnley based potters !!

Particularly cruel when you consider what that last minute goal does to Villa's position. I think they could well be relying on Leicester, Burnley and QPR to continue being utterly shite.

Well, wasn't much of a game, was it? (to put it mildly)
If that was all Villa could muster on Timmy Sherwood's big day, you do fear for 'em a bit.
Not sure either team really deserved to win it though - but if either team did, I think it was just about us.

Chin up Staffs! Your a good lad so for that I hope Villa stays up. I told you two seasons ago the Villa were on a slippery slope and you chided me for how much shitter we would be. Actually with respect to Villa wish I had been wrong. If the Villa go down Randy Leener and General Krulak are going to lose a lot of money.

Cheers for the points. Villa going down as Sherwood is not a proper manager. Why isn't he? Just don't think he is. Only got the Spurs job because Levy was waiting to get Pochettino in the summer. Villa have believed the media hype and are going to pay for it.
