How are ticket sales going for this game? With it being a Tuesday will we sell our allocation out?

How are ticket sales going for this game? With it being a Tuesday will we sell our allocation out? We've sold around 1,200 of the 1,400 odd I believe. Probably be a sell out come the game..... EDIT 1,100 as per werrington's post above

People on here are quick to knock our support, but I think 1,200 to Spurs, 1,800 to Liverpool, and 1,400 to Manure is decent at an average of £42 a ticket. We'll have approx. 1,500 at Palace and hopefully a 3,000 sell out for Everton, at an expensive time of the year I think that's pretty good actually....

Only 300 left for Man Utd is a great effort at that price and midweek!

If any of these teams didn't sell out there full allocation against us,the children would be signing is that all you take away, our away support is shit. How many will Chelsea bring on Monday the 22nd on sky I would say 2700 and more if possible.

Superb effort to shift over 1000 for both games at those prices, especially in the run up to Christmas. I'm one of the idiots who has coughed up for both games ( Liverpool & Man Utd ) and it's cost me £89 for both tickets. It's a double edged sword really isn't it, you know if you keep buying the tickets they wont see any reason to reduce the prices, but equally I don't want to have to miss any games because I love seeing my team play home and away. Let's just hope we can come away with something from both grounds to justify the expenses!

Frankly at the obscene prices all Premiership clubs charge for matchday tickets I think the days if criticising small away followings are gone.

Chelsea are a far bigger club with a far bigger fan base. You are aware of that I take it? £40 to £50 a ticket is a joke, people are struggling and I commend anyone who goes at those prices...

But people will pay it. Aslong as lemmings will pay then there will not be a cut in prices.

I bought two yesterday without a problem. I was quite surprised that there were any left. Until the ticket office bloke told me how much I had to pay. £46 plus transport from Lincoln to Manchester will add up to an expensive excursion, and I don't get home until the early hours, and Stoke will probably lose. Omigod! What have I just gone and done?
Makes you appreciate Hull City: £16 a ticket and very nice steak and ale pies to boot.

I think that the combination of a night match 3 days after an away game at Liverpool and Christmas less than a month away plus the price means we're doing well to sell as many as we have done. Still Linx, it is lucky that we have mega rich fans (like pensioners and teachers) to boost the away support!

And what happened at Hull with cheap tickets? We took 2,500 for a televised match. It's not rocket science as to why we took more to Hull than we will to Liverpool, cost pure and simple.
Once you get into the realms of £40+ a lot of people will just give it a miss and spend their money elsewhere, especially if they have a couple of kids that usually go with them. It just becomes extortionate then...

It just becomes extortionate then... The FSF's "twenty's plenty" campaign makes perfect sense. It would be nice if the government put pressure on the Premier League to try to force them to adopt a £20 price for away fans. It would not cost clubs a huge amount because most clubs never admit more than 3,000 away fans and it would help build a better atmosphere which would make the product more attractive for the TV viewers.

But if you were really a true stokie you would allready know that we have allready entered into a reciprocal agreement with newcastle.but I very much doubt you are a true stokie anyway, how many games have you been? Let me guess a big round number zero
