I wonder if isn't time we went away and played the same side we play at home.We go away and take our wide men off, bringing defensive players in instead( I know we started with Moses, but SJW on the other wing didn't add to our pace), leaving Crouchie up front on his own. He's no good on his own, he hasn't got the pace.He can't play deep, pick up the ball, or even make enough ground to meet the occasional ball from out wide. He needs to know he can stay upfield, and that he'll have wide men with pace to get the ball upfield and in to him. Today's game showed that we needed two men up front from the start, at least. Until Diouf came on, playing up front with Crouchie, we never bothered them. With Diouf on,even though he didn't get too many balls to run on or with, then Arnie and Assaidi, we began to push them back and keep them in their own half. We have enough good players now, with pace, to keep sides under pressure even on their own pitch. Not grumbling too much, because no doubt about it, Soton are really one of the better teams in this division., but when we made changes, but not until then, we looked like we might get something out of the game.I think Sparkie just need a to show a little more faith in the players he's brought in.

Diouf is struggling with his hamstring and Walters deserved a start for his goalscoring display last week.
I see your point, but I was happy with the starting 11.

I wasn't criticizing SJW in any way, I'm one of his biggest fans,I love the bloke, but I still want to see us more attacking from the start, home or away.Right now, SJW is the perfect player we want to bring on when our faster players have ran the other side tired. SJW has strength and aggression, the two things you don't want to face when you're knackered.
