Reading through this thread reminds me of another that is currently on the go on this board..... Just goes to show that we may still get Konoplyanka yet.... The exact same responses like 'let's move on' 'fuck him' etc were posted in this thread when dodgy reports had him going to Olympiakos and Deportivo. In fact, this thread and the Kono one are almost identical. Let's hope they finish the same way too!

Actually it's a good question, right now... would you take Kono at Stoke even if you somehow knew he'd get the same injury as Bojan?

I was wrong and am now pleased we didn't. Hindsight is wonderful but it also demonstrates that every transfer is a gamble. |
