If they weren't after Bego before, then one mistake isn't going to change their minds. Besides, I reckon they've got bigger problems like their defence, their midfield and their attack.

The defence starts with the keeper , if they don't trust him they fook up trying to cover him.

There weak especially at the backbone for sure. I think they need atleast a new back four and a upgrade on cdm to compete.

Im astonished that some media "experts" claimed that De Gea was the best keeper in the Premier League.
Absolute fucking farce and pure Man Ure bias.

Why would he want to go to an average team who might not even be in Europe.

He's worth £18m you know. Now that makes Bego a £50m goalie in my view!

I'm more concerned about Man Ure coming in for Ryan.

I'm more concerned about Man Ure coming in for Ryan. Whether its Ryan or Bego, its simply folly to sell your best players even for ridiculous fees if you haven't got time to spend what you get in. Surely if we're looking around at players lets say under £7M then we have made no plans and done no ground work to spend a windfall however ridiculous it might be. Therefore we'd probably waste most of it. Better to let your major assets go only at a time that allows you to plan adequate replacements in Stoke's case we'd need about 5 years notice at our current rate of dealings.

This board is something else. De Gea makes a mistake (a big one I admit) and suddenly he's a weak link etc etc, has anyone seen how he has been playing over the last year?
He is one of the best keepers in the Prem no doubt about it, I'm not sure he's better than Begovic though, but remember he's only 23.

Why would he want to go to an average team who might not even be in Europe. David Moyes has promised fans that Man. U will compete in a European competition next year. Even if he has to write the song himself! We should loan them Jack lad for the rest of the season, he'll get plenty of practise there.

De Gea is a cracking keeper to be fair, he made a mistake shock exclusive...in the same way that Dino Zoff made mistakes, Bouffon made mistakes, Hart has made mistakes, Butland has, Begovic has, hell even Banks made mistakes but if you do that then the Oatcake automatically jump on the "He's crap/sell him/he was a waste of money/they need better" bandwagon and delete whichever is applicable so they can come up with lazy, easy insults that they think makes them look like they know about football.

Im astonished that some media "experts" claimed that De Gea was the best keeper in the Premier League. Absolute fucking farce and pure Man Ure bias. To be fair, hes a good shot stopper (most of the time) and he has come on leaps and bounds with the physical side of goalkeeping but best keeper in the prem? My arse!!!!The only reason they said that was because Manure won the league. If those 'experts' actually watched any game outside the top 6-7 clubs, they would see there were at least 3-4 keepers WAY better than De Gea (Bego, Mignolet and Ruddy. I was also impressed by Guzan at Villa)

A bigger threat to Bego leaving is Atletico Madrid trying to make Thibaut Courtois a permanent move, imo.

It wouldn't be fair to Arsenal if we sold Bego to Man Utd

I'm more concerned about Man Ure coming in for Ryan. Ha ha, never. As for Beggo. I'd sell him for 15m+. He has great potential and plenty of resale value so I wouldn't consider less.

Seriously? Been arguably the best keeper in the league for the last two years, one mistake and he's out? What planet do some of you live on!
