It seems like every game we have an average first half and then are miles better in the second.

Apparently we tire easily because we are unfit. Work that out

More like how are we so shit in the first. Villa were the better of two poor sides, but were shown up when we actually started to play second half.

Not wishing to be truculent here but what you've said isn't strictly true "every game we have an average first half and then are miles better in the second" Our first half performance at Old Trafford was bliss and the second half was a bloody nightmare. First half showing at Swansea was brilliant and the second half was another bloody nightmare. We played very well at Fulham in the first half if memory serves, then it all went the shape of the pear. The second half performance at Birmingham in the cup was exactly miles better than the first neither. Sorry, i'm being bodacious and if i'm not using that word correctly i don't care because it's a cracking word. We have been better in the second half in games like today, Chelsea, Crystal Palace and at Hull though, i'll give you that

Seemed like Hughes told the team to stop passing it around the back so much and get it forwards after the Wilson fiasco.

It seems like every game we have an average first half and then are miles better in the second. Swansea away? United away? Everton away? West Ham away?

I think it was the inspiration of seeing Mama at half time that transformed the game!

Why he's passing that ball across the pitch there is anyone's guess. It needed to go up the line or back to Bego. Wilson should have done better but it should never have been played there in the first place.

Who'd have thought it? And bodacious means Remarkable; prodigious; Audacious; gutsy; Completely; extremely; Audaciously; boldly. But I forgive you because it is indeed a beautiful word.

On a serious note. I think he works out their gameplan in the first half, then changes things round second half to our advantage.
